I’m great full for having found your forum and books back in 2012 in the midst of my breastfeeding cancer diagnosis! I’m great full for my higher power and the people that love and support my emotional well being. I’m gal for my journey in recovery from drugs and alcohol, celebrating 2 years of recovery with an anniversary in a week. Thank you god. Thank you Kris for all of your insight and kind and consoling words. God bless and happy thanksgiving!
    Xoxo,
    Kaylynn

  5. Deborah Nordstrom says:

    Kris,
I’m going to take in “asking for help” as I never seem to do that. This has been a difficult year for me as my oldest son suddenly passed away unexpectedly. I’ve always been there for others and rarely felt the need to ask for help, however now is the time for me to ask for help. Thank you for the words you share and the encouragement. You are truly and inspiration. Love & Light,

  6. Christie F says:

This is a late comment, but oh well! Kris, “asking for help” is huge! About 6 years ago, my mother, father and sister all were diagnosed with various cancers within the same year. Luckily, they are all in better health now. That was huge scare for me, since I was working insane hours, constantly under stress, eating processed food, binge drinking, never having time to workout, and deprived of energy. At that time (25 years old), I researched online about how to prevent, heal and live a more holistic natural life and found you and “Crazy Sexy Diet”. Fast forward to now: my husband and I are dedicated to our daily juice, vegan-organic lifestyle, vitacost addiction, chlorella boosts, running, meditation, and yoga sessions. Thank you for being the help and guide that I needed for life! xoxo

  7. sonya says:

i picked nourish yourself – so so so easy to use food to numb! especially in front of the tv! thanks for the re-direction, the cute bunnies, and the funny slippers! you so ROCK, kris!

  8. Zoya says:

To be honest with myself about what I eat really is difficult for me!

  9. Your affirmations are so thought provoking and ooh so straight to the heart and soul of life!

Kris you are truly an angel of love and kindness.

    • Cathleen Rees says:

Nourish yourself! I love this because Kris helps me do just this. I also like the fact that she brings other bloggers and recipe creators to the forefront by sharing their creations. Thank you Kris for all you do to make the world a better place! Oh, and a more fun place too!!!

  10. Sonia says:

Nourish yourself: Reminds me that I need to work on nourishing myself better. 🙂

  11. Mahima Kalla says:

‘Nourish yourself’ is the message for me. Taking excellent care of myself and making time to be at ease. Constantly trying to finish another chore, or thinking or calculating the next step etc. It is draining. So, I take time to relax and nourish my body, mind and soul with food, loving and kind thoughts and a sense of surrender and peace that all is well.

  12. Zoe says:

Hi Kris, thank you so much for these wonderful insights.I am really thankful to God and everything that he has given me including my family, friends, nature and every second of my breath. I would like to use these blessings to help people especially my students to understand how worthy are their lives!

  13. Laura says:

I have been focusing on speaking my truth and asking for help from my angels. All of the readings resonate for me this week. Took some time for introspection and now ready to go out in the world and share my gifts. Focus on what makes me happy.

  14. Diana says:

Crazy, Sexy, Love Notes are nourishment for the soul <3 I love the video readings you do!!!

  15. Amber says:

I instantly got chills when I saw the “Forgiveness Heals” video. I have a particular event in my recent past involving someone I hold very dear that I have been working really hard at coming to terms with. As I watched this I realized that while I have said “I forgive you” to this person, I still have actually forgiven them for the pain they have caused me. I am not sure what it was specifically about the video but in that short minute and a half, a huge weight was lifted off of me and the thought “I am so over it and letting go” crossed my mind. It felt so freeing! Thank you.

  16. Pamela says:

I’m moving this month and so Ask For Help was what I needed. I am one who usually likes to do it all on my own. It’s overwhelming to move. I can’t wait for my team of moving angels to cover me with light, love, and help. Thanks for the wisdom and guidance and giveaway!

  17. Patricia says:

Thank you Kris for such a sweet and simple inspirational message. I will nourish myself with a massage, AND a longer savasana after my yoga practice. 🙂

  18. Amy says:

You are my inspiration, Chris. xoxoxo

  19. Caitlin says:

Nouish Yourself. I love that one! I’m living and working abroad right now and just about to make the big move back to the States in a few days. It’s a crazy transition time and it’s difficult to nourish myself in all the ways I really need too. I’m so busy and by the end of the day I often forget to feed myself with all that I truly need without giving myself the reminder. I need to start each day with this. Thank you. Xoxo

  20. Sarah Ann Wong says:

I was just reflecting on Notice the Blessings and think it’s definitely true that we tend to gloss over them instead of fully appreciating them.

  21. Sylvie says:

these cards remind you to slow down and smell the roses….. We often forget to take time for ourselves or take note of all the treasures we already have.

  22. Kate says:

Forgiveness Heals. I was drawn to that one because your sweet dog with in it! I just lost my baby on 05/08/15. He was my angel and with me for almost 14 years. But of course, the message of forgiveness also resonated with me…. a reminder that YES, “we are doing the best we can.” Thank you.

  23. Katrina says:

I found some insight in ‘Ask for help.’ I sometimes take so much on that I read a breaking point and I get angry at people around me. Life would be so much calmer if I just ask for help before the breaking point. Thanks Kris.

  24. Chelsey says:

Nourish Yourself, hits home every time I hear it. I want to put this card up to see everyday as a reminder to myself to do what is best for me but nourishing my mind, body, and soul all day everyday.

  25. Sheila says:

    Dear kris

I picked forgiveness heals because it’s something I’ve struggled with my whole life. I hold onto toxic negative feelings from my experiences and it’s been slowly making me sick. So every night before I go to sleep I practice saying I forgive you and think about everyone who’s ever wronged me or dissapointed me.

Sometimes I mean it and sometimes I don’t but I’m getting there. I recognize the value in letting go of past resentments since their only hurting me. There’s this saying that really resonates with me “holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die”-Budda

  26. Angela says:

Hi Kris! Thank you for these videos! I’ve been feeling quite overwhelmed lately by many things going on in my life. I have been giving a lot, but not noticing the gifts I have around me. I also do have a pretty difficult time asking for help when I need it. I am getting married next year and we are in the midst of planning… it is so overwhelming and so expensive. I really needed to hear the note in your first video because I have been feeling the pressure from family to have a great, beautiful, successful wedding (all while working full time and going to school), but we don’t have much means to make it happen the way everyone else is envisioning (and the way we would love to have it.) It’s time for me to reach out and ask for help. In terms of support – emotionally, financially, and spiritually!

  27. Ashley says:

I rewatched these and “Notice the Blessings” really resonated with me in this moment 🙂 a fun side note: I’ve been seeing Monarch butterflies all over lately! When you showed the front of the card with the butterflies on it, it reminded me of how many times I’ve seen them in the past couple weeks. I’ve been working on a gratitude journal the past few weeks and it’s becoming much easier to stay positive since doing so. This card is a reminder to keep on with the gratitude practice & let go of guilt & judgment, which is something I’ve always struggled with. As always, thanks for sharing these with the world!

  28. Victoria says:

I was drawn to the reading: Tell the Truth

Tell the truth to ourselves as well as others. The importance of integrity.

I am inspired by this reading to take the time to develop a more gracious and loving way to tell the truth.

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  29. Kendra says:

Forgiveness. I can be terribly hard on myself and it’s hard to forgive myself for being so. That’s the card that resonates most with me.

  30. Karen says:

    “Ask for help.”

So simple, and yet, something I never think to do. I’ve had to handle things alone when I was too young to do so, and assumed that’s the way it always had to be for me. On the one hand, resilience, independence, and courage are wonderful things to have gained, but feeling like asking for help is not an option is not. Thank you for the reminder!

  31. Katie Rice says:

My insight from your readings have revealed that I am a self loather. I have a disability so if I am honest with myself I really need to find some self love. I’m no better nor less than anyone.

  32. Robin says:

I have a hard time asking for help (but an easy time giving it). I’m going to try to ask for help this week, which helps others feel useful and connected to me.

  33. Janine says:

“Nourish Yourself” was perfect for me this morning. We’re moving in less than a year down to northeast Florida and I woke up talking to my love about the potted garden I want to plant. No idea what’s going in it yet, just thinking about things. Ruminating on the crazy, sexy life we’re creating for ourselves, and the dreams we’re making come true.

  34. Jo says:

Definately number 4 – nourish yourself!

Thanks Kris for this moment of truth. I eat chocolate every night and any junk I can find in my home (which I have often bought during the day knowingly I will be on the hunt later for that reward). What I’ve realised is I’m not rewarding myself doing this. I’m actually hurting myself and suppressing emotions that I don’t want to feel. I do this every night and go to bed very late.

Its definately an aha moment for me – it’s time to stop self sabotage and practice loving myself!

    Thanks Jo

  35. Joy says:

Your cards art work is beautiful! The guidence on the cards is loving and imspirering. Thank you Kris!:)

  36. Alexandra says:

Asking for help by inviting my angels and guides for assistance

  37. Lisa Dobson says:

I believe forgiving is a huge process in healing when you have a illness. Xo

  38. Annie says:

Thank you for giving me the nudge to startbeing kinder to myself. I try to be kind to others, but I cut myself no slack. That chanes today. 🙂 Thanks.

  39. Lisa Deneau says:

I really connected with “ask for help” I have a hard time asking for help and always feel the need to do it all.
Made me aware of” really?” there is nothing wrong with a little help, from friend, family…or just putting it out there to the divine and my angels to lead me towards not taking on too much, because I do have a hard time with the word “no” too. Thanks Kris for making me realize ……..its ok to ask for help!! xo

  40. Evelina says:

Recently I have been learning to let go as I travel through the world and through my life and take little steps towards becoming who I am. Also – behaving happy! 🙂

  41. Deb says:

I am in desperate need of these cards. I have battled serious depression all my life and I really feel these cards would give me a boost on a daily basis.

  42. Chayah says:

    Hi Kris,

You are amazing and your cards are terrific!! I intend to order a deck for my friends’ birthday and one for myself if I can afford to this month.

You are truly loved and appreciated,
    Chayah

  43. Lita Perkins says:

I am learning to ask for help. I broke my right arm last week and boy do I need help. I am getting better at asking. The angels come in many forms. Now I just need to get one to type for me!

  44. Shelley Billik says:

I picked Tell the Truth. This love note really strikes a chord very deeply. I have a biggy, which is whether I need to leave my marriage of 23 years. I have known the answer for several years but have avoided the truth in order not to upend the lives of my husband and two children. However, your wisdom is getting me closer to having the courage. Thank you lovely Kris.

  45. Lisa says:

A close friend of mine suffered a terrible loss when her daughter died unexpectedly two days ago. This young girl’s death has made me grateful that I AM ALIVE and that I am here living the best life I can until it is my time to go. #NOTICETHEBLESSINGS

  46. Cassandra Lamontagne says:

I really like all these videos (the Nourish Yourself one is great for me because I’m binge-eater), but today I like Forgiveness Heals. I have wasted a lot of time over the past two years and it’s hard to let go of the guilt over how much harder I’ve made it for myself. But when I think about it, I know that the reason I’ve been doing so poorly for so long is actually because I have been struggling and not feeling like myself. So I’m not going to feel guilty anymore. I’m going to forgive myself, maybe also Ask For Help, and move on.

  47. Amber says:

I love the Notice the Blessings card. 🙂 I am grateful for the many compassionate, genuine, and amazing friends. I am also grateful for nature and animals. This card inspires me to go for a walk and count the many things that surround me in nature that I am grateful for – flowers, trees (especially the crooked ones with lots of character), the sky which is always an ever-changing canvas of beauty, and birds with their sweet songs (and especially crows with their raspy caws!). I am grateful for all the imperfectly perfect and that I can get lost in my thoughts while observing it all!

  48. H says:

    You are magic.

Thank you for putting love out into the world, Kris. Mostly, thank you for being you.

I was spinning on something crappy in my head, clicked on all of the above videos, and am feeling mighty good about things again.

  49. Julia says:

Thanks so much for doing these readings, Kris. I absolutely love your card deck and your messages seem to come just when I need a little boost in my day/week. You’re the best 🙂 Today, I watched “Notice the Blessings” and it was very timely for me; a reminder to take stock of and express all that is good and working in my life, instead of seeing the negative or complaining.

I love your reminder to share your gratitude with others, too. It’s so powerful to put our happiness and joy out into the world. I did that today, and it feels wonderful! Thank you for all you do, your positivity, and generosity. It’s a beautiful thing. xo

  50. Erin says:

    Notice the Blessings.
I’m going through a wild, crazy, scary, exciting, beautiful transition period in my life right now. It’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind $h+* storm blowing over crazy town, but this video was a lovely reminder to keep going- sometimes when it seems like everything is falling apart, they are actually falling into place. Notice the Blessings. I am so grateful for the experience, and for all of the guidance & the miracles in my life!

  51. Leanne says:

Ask for help! That’s always been a tough one for me, but I am where I am because I asked for help and life is much better because I did. And through that process I’ve been able to help others. Win win!

  52. Prudence says:

    Notice the blessings~
This is one that opened to my heart. The more gratitude that I have, the more I have to be grateful for. The list is endless… My husband, my family, my home, the things in it, my car, and the true beauty of nature…It may not all be perfect every minute of everyday. I’m trying to get in the habit of taking a few minutes at the end of the day and every morning when I wake, that first breath I take to make a list of all the things that happened that day for which I can be grateful for. The little things and the little moments that we overlook. I so much need Gratitude to put me in that position of having instead of wanting. I am so thankful for my life <3 thank you for the lovely reminder that there is so much more to be grateful for. Love & Light Prudence

  53. Nancy Cole says:

I chose “Nourish Yourself”. This is so encompassing and covers many aspects but the most important to me at this time is to spend more time with God and read His word for nourishment. He seems to know exactly what I need and I have not taken the time to do just that.

  54. Kyla says:

Forgiveness DOES heal! Resentment is the poison we drink expecting others to die. Bitterness eats happiness. That was a great reminder 🙂 Thanks Kris!

  55. Karen says:

Love these little messages……some I have learned already, some I am embarking upon now and others I recognize as needing but have been ignoring…so I am becoming more mindful……thanks for the uplift along the journey.

  56. Karina Garcia says:

I picked ask for help, I was drawn to this video because I am terrible about asking for help . I always keep things to myself and it is the last thing I would do, ask for help. I love these cards , and the intention that you put in them . Is all about love !

  57. Alva G.Baltimore says:

    Forgiveness Heals!

I’ve been dealing with debilitating osteoarthritis in my hips which created some gnarly stuff with my spine and chronic pain for 3+yrs. I’ve tried many modalities to heal these conditions from the outside in and the inside out.

I asked a friend a couple of weeks ago who’s amazing at tapping into messages from the body what does my sweet little body need? What does my Hips (right one is excruciating) want me to know? She said: “Forgive Yourself! Quite beating yourself up for things that have happened in the past and the way things look now.” I was grateful but then I cried because I don’t know how to forgive myself.

In a journal I’m working today’s Exploration says: “What would you like to be forgiven for? Forgive yourself out loud in the mirror. To forgive means to give as before. Why are you judging yourself?”

An then I come here and choose “Forgiveness Heals” – I get it Universe and how do I forgive myself? I really want to and I need you to show me how.

I guess a great place to start is with Crazy Sexy Love notes and taking time to writing myself Love Notes – Give me Love , Love Me UP!!! As my mind goes how the heck do I do that?

    Hmh, wish me Luck!!!

  58. Kathy Boyer says:

Thanks for the little bit of sunshine to start my day today. Your happy spirit touched my heart and gave me hope for a good day!

  59. Kat says:

These cards are beautiful subtle reminders to focus on what’s real. I need a boost of confidence today for a session with a new client. I’m very new to this and still let fear and “i’m not good enough, I don’t know enough” get in the way of my success. I need to remember that I’m doing this to spread my knowledge of healthy living in order to help others and simply just sharing what I know.

  60. Mindy says:

    Hello Beautiful,
I just wanted to say thank you for the video message. I picked forgiveness and I am so happy I did! Last year on June 30,2014 I found out my husband was having an affair. It’s been exactly 1 year and 2 days and even after all this time I struggle daily. The pain and betrayal has been eating at my soul beyond belief. I have tried many ways to overcome the hurt, shame and blame but nothing has seemed to help. Today after watching your video it was like weight was lifted from my shoulders and for the first time the heaviness in my heart. I can’t explain how much you just changed my life and my outlook. I truly want you to know that you made a huge difference in the life of someone that for a year now allowed severe depression to take over my life. Today is a new day, a fresh start and I am ready to forgive and live my life again! You are a sweet inspiration and I am grateful for you! XoXo

  61. Sally says:

I chose the Forgiveness Heals. This is a good message for me as I struggle to let go of things. Also, I judge situations and other people a lot…but I judge myself the most harshly (so I don’t get off the hook. No sir!). I need to remember we are all doing what we can with what we have/know at this moment. Loving the dawg participation. x

  62. Barbara says:

Love the readings! What a great way to start the day.

  63. Cristal says:

Just remembered that the truth can be uncomfortable but in the end, liberating.

  64. Margaret Young says:

Notice the blessings resonates with me, although life can be tough at times if we are not thankful in each moment, I believe we are telling the universe not to bring us more blessings. Love your dog’s expression in your last video!

  65. I just commented on Facebook when I saw the video about Blessings, for fairness, I am pasting in what I felt on FB into this comment with some additional observations. I feel blessed for friendships that fueled my life at an early age, and twenty years later after some amazing reunions I looked back and realized I had more of myself together than I ever gave my credit for. Today I give myself credit for the good person I was at a time when I was very self critical but loving. I am still my own hardest critic and have matured to a point where I can embrace myself and appreciate where I am today, thanks to still always being open, supportive to others and also internally kinder to my Self.

I’m grateful for taking a trip I recently took which was out of my budget to reunite with great friends overseas that I haven’t seen in a range of 5 – 20 years. With each reunion, we caught up and talked for hours, as if no time had passed. We shared our experiences and perspectives and were blown away at how we’ve grown but were still the same at our core, and flowed together. Meaning we were different by life experience with more mature perspectives, but our friendships remained true. I’m grateful for my life with a new perspective on the times I doubted myself the most. It’s worth being open to risk and facing the unknown.

  66. Debbie Yeates says:

Thank you for Card #5: Forgiveness Heals. I am struggling with my recovery after back surgery 6 months ago and today I realised the protruding disc I suffered from is a perfect symbol for the weight of all the mistakes I have not forgiven myself for over the years. I have felt weighed down and never put the two together. I think it is time to move on, to forgive myself and realise I was doing the best I could, with what I had at the time. I already feel uplifted. Thank You Kris for your generosity.

  67. Anita F. says:

Nourish yourself resonates with me. I really need more nature in my life – need to be outside breathing the fresh air in more. It reinvigorates me, gives me time to think, relieves stress and is my form of meditation. Yes, that is my July challenge to myself. Also, as I have been nourishing my body with a more plant-based diet, I am also nourishing my mind. It feels good to be excited about something and wanting to learn more and more and more…………. Yes, life is good. 🙂

  68. Rebecca says:

My card was Notice the Blessings. Thank you so much for YOU, Kris and the blessings of inspiration you share. I’m thankful for the possibility of finally getting my own home soon. I’m thankful for learning to speak again (I could not for many, many years due to a traumatic series of events in my life). I’m thankful for my creativity, sharing the unity of all life. I’m thankful for friends and family. I’m thankful for healing. I’m thankful for the ability to give to my favorite charities even if it’s only $10 a month. I’m thankful for nature and all Beings. And I’m thankful for me and life itself!

  69. Janine says:

I chose notice the blessings because it is so easy not to! Something I need to remember every minute of every day.

  70. Connie says:

Lately there have been many Ravens coming into my path. I have found there are many meanings of the Raven. One is believe in you and another is letting go of what does not serve me and my higher purpose. I have been battling back and forth in my mind and these have really helped me start to become more clear on my direction. It has given me some inner peace instead of being in my head. Love your posts and readings! Blessings

  71. Katie says:

My take away was to nourish myself. I have a head cold currently and needed the reminder to slow down, and give my body what it needs:)

  72. Karen says:

Ask for Help!!! Why is this so hard to do? I like that it is really that simple to ask the universe and the help will be there. Maybe we should be saying accept help.

  73. It’s hard to pick only one that moved me. But I’ll have to say that Forgiveness Heals resonates in my heart and soul. I’m learning every day to forgive, mainlymyself and let go of my old story and rewrite new one. It truly is a beautiful life! Love!!Love! Love!!!

  74. Deb says:

I used to tell people that strength can mean knowing when you need help and asking for it. Hmmmm….not good at practicing that. I like the idea of asking for help and being open to the help that enters your life. That actually has been happening to me, now that I think of it, in many ways. One way is through you Kris Carr…ever since I watched Crazy, Sexy Cancer years ago! Thank you!

  75. Freida Harris says:

Love your “Crazy Sexy Love Notes” Chris! I picked, “Ask for Help” and “Nourish Yourself” to listen to today! I need help in that area so much! Now I’m going to go make me a scrumptious salad to feed my body and also ask for help from the universe to be able to set my goals for this month to be prosperous and successfull! Thanks so much for your uplifting spirit and btw Love your tree fort!

  76. Katherine says:

I was watching your 5 affirmations for success, healing and honesty with my 9 year old son and we both agreed that we liked the 5th card “Forgiveness Heals” card. It resonated with me because I am currently on a healing canser journey right now and Forgiveness has been a big part of my journey in letting go of the old story. My son on the other hand loved your assistant!! This was the winning card for us both.

  77. Linda Martin says:

First, hugs and love dear one! Ahhh Forgiveness Heals. Well, this has been a discussion I’ve been having with my angels daily! Almost a year ago, the Universe kicked my butt to the curb since I didn’t make the move first — employer let me go and that was a first time experience! Initially it was a big yikes, now, not so much! Forgiving self first and recognizing my expectation wasn’t being met (love note: give up on expectation, it’s not needed!) Then, forgiving all involved for not meeting my expectation–that’s accountability as I see it and wow has that has been a beautiful gift in and of itself–I say thank you Universe! I purchased your deck about a month ago and eagerly opened it taking time to take in the sweetness of the artistry and read every card; I draw a card, or two daily and it warms my heart, brings a smile and gives me a delightful start to the day!! I’m asking the Universe to win a deck so I can pass it on to a sweet friend of mine with a birthday this month! Gratitude for your love and light <3 Linda

  78. Jayne says:

It is always a good reminder that we rely on others constantly!! Especially Mother Earth and Father Sky … asking for help is a good way for me to remember to be grateful … for each breath and sip of water … gravity and levitation … sunlight and full moons … and angels and other celestial beings, fairies and elemental beings and beings of light … Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

  79. Rebekah Moore says:

I have to say these all spoke to me on one level or another. The one I’m focusing on is Notice the Blessings. I have a very life with 4 children under the age of 13, a business, a full time job, and I go to school full time! I’m usually in a state of rushing from one thing to the next. I’m working at slowing down and noticing life around me. The blessings. All I have to be thankful for. There is a lot and I certainly don’t want to take any of it for granted. I have a beautiful family – kids that are healthy and a supportive husband that loves me, a job that feeds my soul working with special needs kids, a school program that stretches me to get outside of my comfort zone and fine tune my skills, a business that supports us and allows me to express myself creatively. The paradise island I live on that keeps me grounded. Thank you for all you do in supporting and encouraging us to be the healthiest we can be both physically and spiritually Kris.

  80. syl says:

thanks for being a ray of sunshine in our lives!

  81. Kathleen Bayless says:

Hi Kris, Your reading gave me a much needed lift. I was sitting and waiting for an email response from my advisor, feeling overwhelmed. I’m a “right-brain” creative type and I’ve been struggling, trying to understand 107 pages of directions for a HUGE, mandatory, state required writing assignment. I can hear the birds outside while my dog sleeps at my feet, and I wish I was outside enjoying the sunshine. I just needed a kind word, some hope, it seems. I watched all four videos, which brought tears to my eyes. I especially appreciated the laugh from the monster slippers clip! I have two sisters with breast cancer who are big fans of yours, and my friend Dan, who has prostrate cancer, now enjoys your site as well. Your joyful, gentle spirit is a warm balm of love….thanks for sharing your humanness. As I learn to let go of perfectionism and listen to my “inner child,” I hope to grow wings and fly…. peace, Kathleen Bayless

  82. Sarah says:

I love the “ask for help.” As women, I think we feel we have to do it all. Especially true now that I’m a mom who hasn’t returned to work. I am always feeling pressure to not only take care of the babe, but make meals (and juice :-), keep the house clean, etc. I give myself permission to not only NOT do it all, but ask for some help! It might be as easy as, hey, why don’t you take the baby on a stroll while I have some “me time.”
    Thanks Kris!

  83. I love watching your videos and hearing what you have to say about each card. You have such an ease about you and a relaxed chill nature and voice that just make me smile and at peace. I think the one that resonates the most is the importance of nourishing yourself. I mean what a great word nourish. It just sounds good when you say it. You almost feel better already. Nourishing each aspect of our lives is so vital. Thank you for all you do. God bless. Sarah

  84. Ellen says:

Gratitude! Such a simple thing yet so easily forgotten. Thank you for the sweet reminder to count my blessings every single day. Gratitude is life-altering…thank you for the reminder! xo

  85. Kirsten says:

This is exactly what I needed to hear today 🙂 Thanks ♡

  86. Kelly Kirby says:

I would love a constant infusion of my Kris! Every word, post, card all feeds my need for positivity in my life – I am usually really good at staying up, but sometimes I need some help and Kris is where I always turn. So wise, so calm and so perfect in my otherwise imperfect world. I love you Kris!!!

  87. Alysia says:

Oooo yes, I loved the forgiveness heals card. Letting go of the old story especially resonated with me. As I’m cleaning out a closet and finding so many relics from years ago, I find myself getting caught up in the old story of who I used to be- and it’s easy to be angry at that person, or sad for her. Instead I’ll be focusing on forgiving my past mistakes and being grateful for where I am- thanks for this Kris.
    xoxo Alysia

  88. Robin Chapchuk says:

I chose ‘Forgiveness Heals’…probably one of the hardest & most challenging things to do, but the most freeing. I’ve been dealing with some really difficult family drama of late, and this card reminded me to keep pursuing forgiveness- even if it doesn’t happen so cleanly, or perfectly or even all at once!

  89. AMANDA says:

Hi Kris. Nourish Yourself resonates with me because of my journey thus far to get where I am not. I’ve lost 95lbs so far and during this journey of mine I’ve had to not only reteach myself the things I wished I knew when I was younger, but training myself everyday to properly nourish myself, pay more attention to my body and of course, my way of thinking. A change in what I feed my body, a change of mind….chakra meditation, yoga, and etc has made me more happier than I was before. I saw a picture of myself back in 2010 and at 2012: I was inbetween a 3x-4x in clothes, I wasn’t happy and abusing food…not listening to my body and indulging in whatever I wanted. 95lbs or so lighter and I feel easily 1,000 times better than myself in 2010 and 2012. I’m excited for what the future holds…something I couldn’t have said previously. Anyway, this is why “Nourish Yourself” speaks to me and stands out to me.

    xoxo, Amanda C.

    • Anita F. says:

You go girl!! I feel the same way. Wish I would have known this info when I was younger too. I hope to be as successful as you on my journey.

  90. Tracy says:

In regards to “Notice the Blessings,” I find that a mantra that is helpful for me, especially in times of challenge and hardship, is simply, “Thank you.” What if we could ALSO hold gratitude for the painful experiences? How would that shift our thoughts, circumstances, and beliefs about good vs. bad? What if it’s all good???

  91. Heidi says:

The “Forgiveness Heals” card resonates with me deeply, because I know it’s something that I am not good at doing. Watching that particular video is such a good reminder of trying to let go of the past, so that it does not poison my future. By not forgiving people, the only person you are hurting is yourself. It took me a very long time to learn that, come to terms with that, and try to practice forgiveness on a regular basis.

  92. Shannon says:

I chose “Notice the Blessings.” I tend to focus on all the things that aren’t going my way and this is such a beautiful reminder that “like attracts like.” Focus on the good, the positive, the Blessings – and more will follow! Thank you, Blessings Guru, for this reminder.

  93. Sharon says:

Notice the blessings. Yes please. Whenever I get mired down in the hurriedness of life or when things don’t go as I had planned or hoped they would… taking the time to stop and look around and notice the wonder and amazement that surrounds me…always, always helps. <3

  94. Tess Lindholm says:

The love note that resonated with me the most is Tell the Truth. I need to be more open and honest with my husband about how I feel, and also need to be very transparent with my adult siblings about what’s going on in our broader family right now. It’s very hard, but there is no other way! So thanks for the encouragement, Kris. Love you too!!!

  95. Kati says:

Tell the truth. Ooooh how I struggle with this one at times!! I get caught up an idea of not wanting to hurt someone…but how much of that is me not wanting to hurt them and how much is based in a fear that they will not like me anymore and will go away if I tell them the truth?

  96. Amanda says:

Thank you so much Kris, I really needed this message today! Count your blessings was the card you pulled and it really brought healing to my heart. Thank you for reminding me to shift to my grateful heart and to put all fears aside. Thank you Kris, thank you angels. Much love & Blessings, Amanda

  97. Nina says:

My Aha moment and the card I feel most connected with is Forgiveness Heals. This is something I have been struggling with for a while because holding a grudge was must easier (not really looking in hindsight) than forgiving them. I have been working a lot on myself to forgive those who have hurt me and my self. I will look back one day and thank myself for letting go of that pain that sits in my mind and body. Thank you for all that you do and for all the inspiration!!!

  98. Lisa Beckham says:

These cards are awesome as they challenge me each day to see things in a different perspective; to improve myself and the environment around me. I would love to have a set of these so that I can share a card-a-day with my children. Challenge them to learn to put this in practice while they are young so that it becomes a routine as they grow and become adults.

  99. Michelle says:

Just watched the Nourish Yourself video as this was the one calling to me today. Thanks for the great message!

  100. Karen L says:

Truly a hard thing – to tell the truth. It seems we are conditioned to make everything seem fine and dandy. To stay in the comfort zone – don’t burden someone else.

  101. Teena Williams says:

I choose: Nourish Yourself. It really does take time to take care of oneself and only I can make it happen. It takes nourishing of the mind, body and soul. I will make it happen. Thanks Kris for the reminder… <3

  102. Sonya says:

Asking for help speaks to me because as the mother of a child with multiple special needs asking for help is necessary, but very difficult and I often feel like I have to pay everyone for the help they give.

  103. Sonya says:

Forgiveness resonates with me when I think about forgiving those who aren’t able to forgive and carry anger with them and how I can forgive them regardless and forgive them for not knowing better.
Thanks for these awesome messages! Love you puppy too…..so sweet and beautiful!

  104. Sonya says:

This resonates with me when I think about forgiving those who aren’t able to forgive and carry anger with them and how I can forgive them regardless and forgive them for not knowing better.
Thanks for these awesome messages! Love you puppy too…..so sweet and beautiful!

  105. Sarah says:

Asking for help is a biggie for me as a health practitioner because I am always thinking about what my clients need and leave little time for my own self reflection. But, we have to “practice why we preach” so thank you for the reminder!

  106. Elizabeth Tuthill says:

I discovered you by accident — a happy accident! I feel so at peace listening to you speak to us in these short videos. I believe each one and hope to live each one, especially noticing my blessings. It is a simple yet powerful practice.

  107. Mary says:

Love that forgiving promotes physical healing! Yes, I will forgive!!

  108. Starr says:

    Dear Kris

I love the cards and your gentleness with all you do to embrace life. You are such an inspiration. Thank you.

  109. Janie says:

I am currently going through the process of forgiving. It has been very difficult for me to let go and surrender. Just when I feel that I am past it and have forgiven, I began to think about the situation such as what happened, how it happened, why it happened which brings me to a point of anger, sadness. Then I have to start the process all over again of working on forgiveness. It’s been a real challenge.

  110. So so sweet. Loving your wall paper too! x x x

  111. Joy says:

I chose the “Nourish Yourself” card. I’m in the middle of moving and I have been neglecting my poor body — using foods to numb because I’m feeling stressed. Thanks for the reminder to get some veggies and give my body what will TRULY make it feel good! Xo

  112. Debbie says:

Thank you Kris you are a very inspirational woman to me an many others your cards have so much healing and love ❤️

  113. uhmmmm kris you look amazing!!! the hair looks amazing for you
and oh these cards too amazing too. i think affirmations can be excellent. as a psych major who wants to go into art therapy i think special cards like these (as well as animal therapy) can be so helpful to so many souls! xoxo

  114. Sue says:

Count your blessings spoke to me,there are so many small things to be grateful for,not least for me are seeing monarch butterflies, whenever i feel scared or doubtful (was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer last year) i ask to see a butterfly if everything is okay and i am on track, and guess what ? I always get one,and how lovely to see some on the card you read, you are an inspiration Kris,i am grateful for the readings 🙂 🙂

  115. Emily Keel says:

First, thank you for these lovely videos each week and creating these cards.

I think there are two messages that overlap and resonate the most for me – “ask for help” and “tell the truth. ”

I am someone who is always trying to do and be the best for others. This often causes much anxiety and concern for me around not offending anyone. My desire is to always be loving and compassionate, but I often worry about the judgement of others. As a result, I fear my authentic self remains hidden and I sacrifice what I truly feel or want to say, with the mistaken belief that I am helping others by doing so.
These two readings have helped me begin to recognize that I can be a happier and better person if I ask for help and tell the truth. Thank you for helping me in my journey.

  116. NICOLE NNAWUIKE says:

I would love to have these for myself and my Teenage Girl Scouts. I would use them to start my Scout meetings, we can send an hour or so just discussing an Affirmation. And would love to send them as Greeting Cards for the Sick and Shut in.

  117. Adrienne Boland says:

I was finally blessed to be offered a job after years of looking. I am finally going to be able to do the things I want and take some time for me to enjoy the little things and take time for myself again. I definitely need to take the time to nourish myself and be content. I live in an amazing place, have great friends and family and I am grateful for the love given to me every day. Thank you for the inspiration and the words to help me realize that I am blessed, loved and grateful for so many things in my life. If I don’t take the time to appreciate them , then what is the point of having them.

  118. Carey says:

Ask for help…It’s one of the many things that I could do to make my life easier and so much less stressful! I have always had a hard time with this. Tonight was the perfect time for me to listen to this recording. I am working on my masters degree and have several assignments due. I have 2 very active teenagers, and I work full time, oh and a husband! HA!! We know how stressful that is!! I always wait until I am so bogged down with things that if I would ask for help, sooner than later things would be a lot better. I have some wonderful professors and I have to get comfortable asking them for help as well. My husband is the main reason I am working on my masters and he is always willing to help….I just have to learn to ask! Thank you for your soft spoken calming encouragement!

  119. dawna Shaw says:

Kris you are such an inspiration. And now you have created a wonderful deck of love notes for us.
Wow, wow, wow. I do believe that the universe communicates to us. Thank you for creating
a means for us to hear.

sending lots of hugs, and white light 😉

  120. Karen says:

I picked “Nourish Yourself” and I did that today. The other day I did choose several items to numb rather than nourish… kind of a reward, but ended up with indigestion! I made better choices today. (Loved the monster feet at the end & your puppy, too.)

  121. Jean Bain says:

My life is filled with blessing every day I wake up and find my cats happy and healthy. I have every thing that I need to go forward. My life is a joy. Thank you for the readings, keep them coming. I love them.
    You rock Kris

  122. Bobbie says:

Gratitude is what it is all about. I am grateful for seeing beautiful snowcapped mountains, glaciers and running rivers in Greenland on my flight home from London. I am grateful to the pilot for flying closer to the mountains than usual. Nature is spectacular and majestic and takes me out of my head

  123. Kathy says:

I picked Nourish. Beautiful reading. Thank you <3

  124. Robyn says:

    Hi Kris,
thank you so much… the card “ask for help” resonates with me today….thank you

  125. Nancy says:

Ask for help resonates with me very powerfully. I hurt my back recently at work and instead of bouncing back as I usually have in the past, I actually had to take time off. Oh the guilt – of letting the team down, of “how could I have let this happen”, of feeling like I just couldn’t “hold myself up, could not support myself”. Feeling fragile. I had to take the time to rest, renew, reinvest in myself. It has taken forever to resolve and I am not quite there. My naturopath asked If I was holding on to any emotions that may be keeping me “stuck” and boy am I. I have the name of a great spiritual advisor and just have not been able to pick up the phone. I”m scared to go deep, yet a deep yearning inside says now is the time.
Listening to your reading today, I know I must call. NOW.
Thank you Kris. This is just what I needed. Nancy

  126. Basha says:

I’m learning to receive. I love the concept of having an army of angels to help out.

  127. Beejay says:

Notice the Blessings resonated with me because I need to remind myself that, in spite of all the pain, I have so much to be grateful for, especially the fact that I can fully function and have a wonderful family and great friends. Most of all, I am grateful for all the online resources and guidance (be it spiritual, nutritional, inspirational, health…). Thanks for being a part of it! xo

  128. Cef says:

Hello, kris. I chose the “ask for help” and the message resonated much with me…im the eldest child, and having kind parents who taught me and my siblings the value of always helping others, i grew up always being there for other people. Individuals naturally come to me for advise or help and i would always give them willingly. Then something jolted in me recently. I dont have the things i dreamt of, i am at an age where i could have done more for me already. But there is nothing. I feel lost. I realized i became focused on others too much that i forgot about myself. Its just like i was at the foot of a staircase guiding, encouraging, cheering people around me as they make their first step on the stair of success… I kept on encouraging and cheering them on every step…. Then after sometime, i realized i could only hear my voice. There were no other people with me anymore. I was alone at the bottom of the stairs. All of them had gone up in their own individual successes in life… I felt sad. I was so focused on helping others that i neglected myself. I have nothing for me. Now, as i realize this, i have to begin my step up toward the staircase. It is now my turn and i am asking for help for the first time. I may be late, but i will step up little by little and i am praying with all my heart to be helped by my unseen powerful guardians to make me strong and brave as i do it on my own. Thank you, kris, for the reminder that i will be helped and the affirmation that it is not too late for me.

  129. Katie says:

I am soooo grateful for my lil 1 year young nephew Edison! He brings me so much joy and helps me be in the moment when I am playing with him and loving on him 🙂

  130. Kristen says:

Nourishment and taking care of my self has been a big a ha moment because if im not healthy I can’t give my best for others.

  131. Isabelle says:

Being a little bit more me, the real me, every day, makes me feel awesome. I am always asking me this question: Am I doing this for myself or others? When the answer is myself, I do it. Otherwise, I let got.

  132. Colene says:

    “Notice the Blessings”
This video spoke to me, in this very moment. I just returned home from school, I am in the early stages of my Masters in Montessori education. Today was a harder than yesterday. I realized after watching the video that I needed to notice the blessings throughout the day that I had recieved. Eating lunch with new friends, laughing with my classmates during lecture and stepping outside of my comfort zone in learning new material. Tomorrow is a new day, new possibilites, and a new attitude will emerge if I take the time to be grateful. Thanks Kris 🙂

  133. Ania says:

I picked “Notice the Blessings” card/video as I feel that lately I’m just looking forward to changes, planning my future but forget about the present. It’s hard for me to just stop and be… It’s been like that for a long while but I’m taking little steps to ‘fix’ it. I signed up for yoga again (after a 3 year long break), I meditate more often and treasure the quiet moments by/with myself. Need to go back to writing in my gratitude journal again… I am so grateful for so much in my life!
Thank you for this video, Kris! I’m taking it as a great sign and a push in the right direction!
    All the best!

  134. Tia says:

Ask for help is a big one for me. It is so easy to get caught up in trying to complete everything in a certain time frame that I can overdo it and it I would have asked for help along the way I could very well have received a helping hand and had more fun.

  135. EEileen says:

I am thankful for hearing about you Kriss Carr 🙂 you’ve been an inspiration on my darkest days and an inspiration to move into and to the light , your words of wisdom have touched me deeply and the timing … sometimes I feel like you are talking to just me – thank you <3

  136. Renee says:

I received my deck last week and the 1st card I drew was Ask for Help. I LOVE the inspiration and motivation – thanks 🙂

  137. Laura Danna says:

I chose nourish yourself. I am going to do a relaxation today.

  138. robyn says:

I chose “Notice the Blessings”. I try very hard not to be a “Negative Nelly” but I’m finding lately that I’m falling into that pattern again. Thank you Kris, for the reminder! <3

  139. Barbara says:

Lola looks very genuinely frightened near the end in the video for Card 4! hehe… Love it.

I’ve had an exhausting couple of days. I am about spent. I was going to come home and finish a work project before bed, but your “Nourish Yourself” card pulling is now pushing me to the bath and an early bedtime… Thank you for the reminder!

    <3

  140. Christine says:

WooHoo! So amazing to listen to you read Crazy, Sexy, Love Notes!

I chose your Notice the Blessings card reading. My insight is that blessings are flowing all the time…and if things feel tough or challenging, if we can remember to tap into the flow of blessings we can realign with our purpose and spirit.
Noticing the Blessings is important to me as a way of living fully. As someone who lives with a rare congenital heart defect that cannot be cured, and having had multiple open heart surgeries, I try to tap into the grace of each moment as much as possible. Sure, some days it feels easier than others to be in a state of grace and gratitude…but…I see my life as a project in which I get to continually improve my ability to Notice all of those Beautiful Blessings!
Thank you Kris for sharing these inspirations with all of us!
    Hugs-
    Chrisitne

  141. Lisa Berquist says:

Thanks for the reminder to Ask for Help. I forget that I don’t have to always be brave and suck it up! I can ask for help and it is there. Great reminder.

  142. Anne says:

I picked Tell the Truth because, to tell the truth, it scared me. When I heard “Level with someone, this person might be yourself,” I realized that I have made excuses, rationalized and justified situations to avoid telling myself the truth. And the truth is:
I’ve made space in my life for people who don’t care about how I feel. And it’s time for me to move on. And chances are high that they will not care, or even notice, that I left. And that won’t feel great for a while. But I’ll get over it. And space will open up. And I will fill that space with love. And that space will be soon be filled with people who appreciate having me in their lives as much as I relish having them in mine.
    And there you have it.

  143. Elaine says:

Hi Kris! Thanks so much for this experience! I chose Count Your Blessings and it brought home a simple truth for me. When a person is feeling grateful, it is impossible to feel any sort of lack. Impossible. No wonder feeling grateful is the key to opening the doors to more abundance in one’s life. Thanks for this amazingly valuable reminder!

  144. emily-sarah says:

Needed the reminder that it’s OK to ask for help–and that help is ready and waiting! Thanks so much for your positivity. xo

  145. Laura says:

    Dear Kris,
This week I think for me resonate the lovely note: Nourish Yourself. Right now I’m going through a bad period of time…:( and this lovely notes make me smile…wish for a CHANGE…I need a change in my life …You make me wish that…Your motivation..your lovely words that I read every day make me wish more and more from this life…from me… and I thank you a lot for that .
Thank you Kris for your support …for your lovely words…for this wonderful notes that I wish to win because I want to enjoy your lovely words each day.
I send you hugs and kisses and I wish you all the best in all that you do.

  146. Jennie says:

Thank you for being such an inspiration to me and countless others. I just said today that it’s important to focus on what you have instead of dwelling on what you don’t have. It’s something I have to constantly remind myself of this year. I chose notice the blessings of course 🙂

  147. Sylvie G. says:

Hello Kris! No, you do not always say “Hmmm”… Re-listen to the Tell the Truth video! … “Ah, Oh oh oh!” 🙂

  148. Alyson says:

The biggest aha I get from your card readings (which I’ve been loving by the way thank you for them) is that it only take a minute to change our perception and attitude back to a more loving joyful one! xoxo

  149. Sue says:

    Live in gratitude.

  150. Erin says:

Oh boy. That Tell the Truth kept me curious and was just what I needed to hear, about two days ago 🙂 All is well now, but I was not feeling right, something was up with my core/soul and it was something that perhaps I hadn’t told myself the truth about. But, it was also something that I needed to tell someone else about, once I figured it out. Except, that it all happened at once and not the most constructive way. Thank goodness we were able to take some steps back and figure it out together. But I do need to listen to my truth, and tell it! 🙂

  151. Jennifer says:

Notice the Blessings ~ We readers are so blessed with your hysterical awe-inspiring spiritual practices!! i.e. parallaxchillax@crazysexykris keeps trying to hug Monument Valley. Thank you!!

  152. Jamie says:

Notice The Blessings. Sometimes, especially lately, things have been difficult. The bad and troublesome can really outweigh the good. It overshadows it. I needed that. I needed that reminder.

  153. Felicity says:

I am grateful for my beautiful extended family and the amazing natural environment -forests and beaches -that I get to experience every day. I am grateful for having the example and the teaching of so many wise women in my life.

  154. Val says:

I love the “Notice the Blessings” card, because it’s so easy for me to get caught up in the negative things that I forget to acknowledge all of the blessings in my life! Much needed today!

  155. petra says:

“ASK FOR HELP” is the card I needed today. I have so many things to do and I cannot do it alone, so I procrastinate, instead of asking. And as you said Kriss, we give and give, but we also need sometimes something. Thank you for that wonderful reminder. Got the message. Love

  156. Veronique Lapierre says:

Allo!! Kris! Thank you for the wonderful help you gave every day!! I love to read you!!

I am grateful, i just retire from teaching! I am grateful because I did teach for 27 years. The last year, 2014-2015 was wonderful. I had the best group of students (grade 2) They were fantastic, lovely, they wanted to learn. They were just a gift for me. I have to say I was teaching French in French Immersion.
Now I am grateful because I can get up the morning, thinking about what I want to do. Looking the sun, my little garden on the balcony. doing some zentangle, some quilting…it is just so so nice. The life was good for me, even I was diagnosted with MS in 2000.

All those years I was listen to you, taking care of myself, eat well, green juice try meditation…doing some crasy sexy recipes. Thank you, you are such an inspiration for us, Thank you

  157. Laurie says:

I was checking your videos on Pinterest and clicked the one where you picked the Share Your Gifts card. I swear you picked it just for me. wink emoticon Seriously though, my comment to your question here was my desire to inspire and I’ve been thinking about my newly created Facebook page, Wellness Ways and my desire to share what is passionate to me. I just want to be able to inspire people to know that they have a choice in their health. Anyway, thank you for picking the Share card for me! wink emoticon heart emoticon

  158. LTEllis says:

I recently had the opportunity to step out of the daily grind of working a 40+ work week at a career I really liked and excelled at, but that wasn’t my passion and my heart’s work. I took four months and just followed my desires and went inside to find what I really want and need. Now it’s time to step back out into the world and generate income, but also follow my heart. I have been feeling lack in finances and some fear. Watching the “Notice the Blessings” video and reflecting on the image and message of the card helped me look around and really notice and be grateful for all the wonderful blessings in my life. I really have so much, and have been so fortunate to have the time out of the old grind and routines that weren’t feeding me. Now I look forward to stepping back into the world and working toward good things.

  159. Amy says:

I always felt forgiving meant telling the other person it’s ok what you did. now I’m realizing that’s not it. I’m forgiving , not forgetting. But I need to do this to move on to make myself a better person not holding the grudge for so long. Thank you I needed this

  160. Kimberly says:

I love everything about the card Ask For Help. I’m a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful children. I also homeschool them and I won’t lie, it’s overwhelming at times and I hardly ever get a moment to myself. When I seen your Ask For Help card I knew I had to and since then I have. I love your card readings and look forward to them every week.

  161. Nancy says:

While all the love notes resonate, “forgiveness” is something I have to work on. I tend to mull over misery, my mind is like a bear trap for the unbearable. I know I can’t forget the hurtful things that were done and said, and this includes things I have done and said in the past that I beat myself up over. But it is toxic and saps valuable energy and spirit to lean on these wounds like a crutch and let them take up precious time and space in my day. I have apologized to people for the hurt I’ve caused them, and in my head I have forgiven certain key players for wounds that go back years, but I am constantly stumbling over the same junk. Everyday I say a little mantra, “Breathe and let it go.” Exhale. It works little by little.

  162. Kim says:

Notice The Blessing was the most appropriate card for today, as I am trying to notice more every day! What a great reminder.

  163. Patricia says:

Thank you for sharing these affirmations. I chose Ask for Help for many reasons, mainly financial, and when I was watching the video my bf comes in to tell me he got a job!! Perfect timing or coincidence I don’t know but I replayed the video for him. Then we also watched Notice the Blessings together. This was definitely what we needed to hear. Thank You Again Kris!

  164. Michelle says:

Forgiveness. This is something I am actively working on. So, this card was Great. Love youself and everyone. Were all doing the best we can. So true. I need these cards. They will help me continue to be successful. I love you.

  165. nadine says:

notice the blessings……i love it! i can’t NOT notice the blessings everyday. two years ago i was in a wheelchair because of aggressive ms. studies, doctors, drugs, hospitals, nursing homes and then northwestern 🙂 hsct for ai diseases and i’m walking up and down the stairs! taking a shower by myself. no more pain. two years post hsct and no new lesions. old ones shrinking. everything is a blessing….even on bad days.

  166. Gaetana says:

I dig the asking for help card. I too love the guidance and ability to walk hand in hand with angels and a power greater than myself. Thank you for the reminder today Kris!

  167. Karrie says:

Hey Kris, I picked ask for help as this is they video that stood out the most for me. I struggle so much asking for help but what you said about us not being superwoman really resonated with me. I realised that asking for help does not make me weak or seem like I can’t cope, it actually takes strength and courage and our loved ones will respect us all the more for it. Love and kindness Karrie xx

  168. Donna says:

I watched the “forgiveness heals” reading. So very true how important it is to forgive ourselves, as well as others. Thank you for the reminder!

  169. Thank you for today’s cards… You inspire me so and the forgiveness one really came at a good time. Thank You Beautiful hugs and love to you Kriss <3

  170. Jendria says:

    Love. That’s it.

  171. Randi Johnsen says:

I picked Ask for help because I know it’s something I struggle to do. I don’t like to bother people with my problems and feelings. I don’t know whether it’s down to control or my perfectionism. I have become better since I became ill some years ago and just couldn’t do everything myself. But I’m still learning and this was a nice reminder so thank you 🙂

  172. Natalie Rivas says:

Forgiveness Heals – Why is it so much easier to forgive others than to forgive yourself? But when you do stop self-judgement, you stop projecting onto others, and you can lean into your shadows, embracing and accepting all parts of you….the light and the dark, the healthy and the sick, the peaceful and the angry, etc. There is a wholeness in forgiveness.

  173. Steef says:

Aah, this was lovely! I’ve actually watched every video, but the first one resonated with me the most. I don’t like to ask fo help as I’ve always felt like people expect it from me. As the youngest in my family and dealing with fatigue issues, people seem to have a low opinion of me. (Lazy, dumb, ungrateful, dependent). I don’t want that, so I don’t ask for help for the big things in my life. But I should.

Definitely giving this an extra thought and tell myself that asking for help is okay. Thank you for this! <3

  174. LeahaBP says:

Notice the Blessings called to me, as a reminder to always focus on the positive. To give thanks for the little things, or big things. I find this is especially important when I’m having a “bad” day, in order to prevent a downward spiral – one positive thought leads to another and another and before I know it, the day is mostly right again. Love these cards – Thank you Kris!

  175. EB says:

My last relationship- the last in a one note song- ended really badly. I take full responsibility for my part of a repeating cycle but I believe that she took out on me anger and pain from her past. It was life altering and I have moved out and on and have learned so much. I have not gotten to put it into practice with an new relationship, but I feel totally changed. The one problem I am having is to find true, deep forgiveness toward her. My ego keeps running a monologue in my head of how much I was wronged, how terrible she is, and the worst are the thoughts of retribution. That is not who I want to be and this morning I got an idea to try tapping on this. And then I saw this post at lunchtime. Hopefully all these are signs that things are percolating and movement on this will happen soon. Thanks Kris, I look forward to seeing more of your cards and thank you for sharing with all of us.

  176. LOVE “ask for help”. I think it is a very important step in healing and also allowing others to heal as well. Thanks for the beautiful reading!

  177. Tammy Babineaux says:

“Notice The Blessings” this is a great card and a very good reminder for me to look around and notice all my blessings in my Life. I have a wonderful husband that works hard and is the Leader of our Family. I am thankful for my healthy body, my 2 wonderful kids and my family and friends. I try and remind myself to be thankful for the little things each day and to bless others that come across my path. Thank you Kris for writing these cards ….. they will touch a lot of people with Love and Joy!!! Tammy

  178. Kathy says:

Thanks, Kris for the beautiful readings and awesome cards. I really enjoy the encouraging messages especially while I’m battling once again the dreaded “C”.

  179. Joy says:

“Tell the Truth” speaks to me today. My heart is very clear on a decision and the next steps to take but my mind is trying to convince it otherwise. The truth is, my heart knows and is ‘correct’ on this one which is why the affirmation of integrity in your reading resonates well with me. Thank you!

  180. Soqui says:

I picked the Nourish Yourself video and it all makes sense to the “pull” I’m getting to start eating more healthy and look for ways other than food to nourish my soul. More meditation is working into my life too. I stopped the video once you said you were going to take a nap and then I pressed play again. I lost it when I saw those funky bear slippers. Fantastic!! Thanks Kris!!

  181. Holly says:

I chose Ask for help!! I feel like if I ask for help that I am incompetent of running my business on my own. But I have taken your advice and asked the universe for help. Can’t wait to see the signs of help coming my way xoxo

  182. Shelley says:

I picked number 1 Ask for Help because it can be a hard thing for me to do sometimes… Thank you for the words of wisdom!

  183. Mary-Kate Gozemba says:

The “forgiveness heals” really resonated with me today, I’ve been really struggling the past several months with severe anxiety coming back, and all of my old “demons” so to speak resurfacing, i.e bad habits, not caring for myself properly, not being patient with myself and others, and really pushing away my significant other who has done nothing but try to be as patient with me as he can, while still caring for himself. I haven’t been able to really forgive myself for my short comings, and watching was a really great reminder that for me to fully heal and continue to have my severe anxiety improve, I need to be patient and kind with myself, and forgive not only myself but forgive others and get rid of the pain that holds e back in certain areas of my life. I can and will forgive myself because that’s the only way I can move forward. Each day I’ve just gotta keep on going and be the love and light that I desire to be. Thanks as always, Kris! xo

  184. Sooz says:

I guess I need ALOT of help. Just reading what each video reading was about-forgiveness, tell the truth, etc.-had me in a puddle of my own tears. Lots of things I need to face. Thank you for the virtual hug. <3

  185. Linda says:

I picked “Notice the Blessings” and I want to say that I am grateful for all the people in my life who love and support me. I also want say that I am grateful to my friend Rachel who had an extra copy of “Crazy Sexy Cancer Tips” that she was giving away because I got to “meet” you (Kris) and I am grateful for all your love and support to all of us especially those of us who have been diagnosed with cancer.
    Blessings 😉

  186. Lisa says:

My aha to “asking for help” was when today I needed to escape for ‘me time’ so I needed help from my hubby to be with the boys for a while so I could do this!!! Easy peasy- he gladly agreed!! Yay!!!

  187. Amanda says:

Moving into a new phase and awareness, I have found so much joy and freedom but letting go of the old stuff hasn’t been easy. Luckily I have amazing people around me who understand what it takes to get through it. The video on forgiveness is a kickass affirmation that not only do you have to forgive and let go of the past, but to forgive yourself as well. Because we are worth it! Thank you so much for posting these!

  188. Sonia says:

Forgiveness heals : Reminds me that no one is perfect and we are all here to learn.

  189. Gladys says:

I watched Forgiveness Heals and it was just what the doctor ordered. I’m experiencing some health issues after some very rough times in the last several years and I work at forgiveness a lot. But just as there is always more to do, there is always more to forgive and layers to uncover. So thank you, Kris. You are helping me a lot. 🙂

  190. Crystal says:

Well every one does resound loud and clear! I just found out that I will have to be in bed 4-6 months when I thought I was going to get a pin out of my leg its back to the bed I go. I just did this 3 years ago after a near death car accident. Come to find out the pin is bend and rebroke my femur from the inside. I am a single mom in a foreign country with only cosmic family, bless them!

ASK FOR HELP: I suck at that but have no choice but at least Playa del Carmen has a wonderful network of caring people, many who became my cosmic family after my accident.

NOTICE THE BLESSINGS: yes I am alive and bones heal. There is always a worse scenario out there. Plus now I have an excuse to be toted hand and foot…can you say “Princess”!?

TELL THE TRUTH: I keep saying how much I am ok with this but in reality I have a flood of emotions…anger, fear, confusion…just had to write this morning to get them out.

NOURISH YOURSELF: I do that everyday but now I need to bump that up a notch to get ready for surgery and recuperation.

FORGIVENESS HEALS: ouch! Yes there are others I have tried and even convinced myself that I have done this with them but its still a process but I choose to be gentle with myself to allow this process to happen. And to most of all forgive myself.

So which one resonates with me? ALL of them. Thank you for your posts and inspiration. I WILL meet you one day! I love these cards and hope to add them to my collection. I will have lots of time to focus on their lessons in the upcoming months! Many blessings and love! Caribbean Crystal

  191. Larissa says:

I enjoyed going through the cards and love to share them with my fiance, whenever I feel like he needs a reminder to slow down, breath, sleep more, etc. I know what I’ll be getting my friends for Christmas! 🙂

  192. Kari hubbard says:

The Tell the truth video stood out to me today so I picked it as my message. It motivates me to be honest with clients for their health and wellness (even if I anticpate they may resist to my suggestions) and to express myself clearly to my loved ones for the sake of keeping things kosher, but to express myself unworried and full of self love.

  193. Maria says:

My daily dose of positive affirmations and an inspiration to live better, be nicer, and practice daily acts of kindness!

  194. Anne Leger says:

Love the no judgment advice. Everyone is doing the best they can… Forgiveness card

  195. Elizabeth Davies says:

Truth card! Yes. A fantastic reminder for me. I wrote a lengthy detailed response that somehow was lost. So thanks universe and thanks Kris!
    I’ll leave it at that.

  196. krishlish@yahoo,com says:

I loved them all…. but I am currently dealing with a lot of change and stress in my life…good and not so good. I am getting married in two weeks (wedding planning, yikes!) , expecting a baby boy in November, and losing my job at the end of the month. The thoughts and emotional rollercoaster I am on is insane, and yesterday I started to feel myself caving in. I definitely need to ask for help- my angels have helped me to get to this place- which is a very happy place, and I need to remember to ask them to help me move through it. Thanks for such great videos!
    Kristin

  197. Rebekah says:

I love taking a moment to absorb the messages. My favorite is the “Nourish Yourself” card. Working full time and school full time often leads to not the healthiest eating habits. Taking a moment to step back and think about healthy choices is definitely needed guidance.

  198. Delia says:

I watched the video for card number 1: ask for help. As a first time mom to a beautiful 10 day old baby girl this video really resonated with me. I have been feeling like I need to do everything by myself and feel guilty when I ask for help. I am not super woman and need to realize asking for help, even when it’s just for someone to hold her so I can take a nap, actually makes me a better mother. Taking care of myself allows me to take better care of her!
Thank you for your beautiful words!

  199. Kris!

I so needed the notice the blessings affirmation. So many wonderful things happen throughout the day and I never really stop to notice them. Blessed and appreciative to these cards for being one of them!!

  200. Ruth Kubier says:

I have been searching for new ways to nourish myself with more positivity in my day to day life. I am so happy to have discovered your website and blog. I have been enjoying the recipes as well. Thank you so much for all of your crazy sexy lovingness!!

  201. Julie H. says:

Hi Kris, where have you been all my life? I’ve recently discovered your FB page and website and love all the positive you project. Thank you for being YOU! Today I chose the Forgiveness Heals video. It sums up the last 5 years of life. I went thru a divorce at that time and it’s been a whirlwind of life lessons and those experiences pushed me to my limits. I became a stronger person thru it and learned that I am capable of a lot more than I ever dreamed I would be. But thru all that, there was a forgiving process that had to be learned. Not only with my ex-husband, but with myself as well. We have a friendship that’s functional and civil now for the sake of our kids. We chose that path. A path that I am grateful for to this day. We couldn’t have made that choice until we started to forgive each other. So forgiveness does heal.

  202. Julie Daugherty says:

I felt drawn to pick the card “Ask for Help.” The a-ha for me was to look for the signs. Often, when I ask for help from the Universe, I forget that important step. I kind of go back to doin’ what I was doin’ beforehand. So, the takeaway for me is to hold that love request in my mind and keep my antennae open for good things coming my way. Thanks for the love, Kris!

  203. Patricia says:

Your Crazy Sexy Love Notes sit on my coffee table & are part of my morning devotional practice. I pick one at random & the affirmation sets the tone for the day. Notice the blessings video you did from tree house today reminded me that gratitude is the touchstone for thriving daily! Thank you!

  204. Tahira says:

Notice the blessings is a wonderful reminder that if we stopped to count our blessings rather than our problems we’d be a lot happier and satisfied!

  205. Lilly says:

I’m looking for blessings in everything.

  206. Beautiful… I find myself drawing a line between “Ask for Help” and “Tell the Truth.” It’s when I tell the truth to myself that I’m able to communicate that truth to others – aka, ask for help.
Of course, therein lies the rub, because admitting to – being clear with – myself that I can’t do it alone sometimes feels like defeat. The fact is, though, it’s acknowledging my humanness.
Beyond that, it’s a reminder that while I’m here on this planet to be a helper, so too are the people with whom I spend time, and love. That being the case, by asking for help, I give them the chance to reciprocate; to do what they’re called to do.
And there it is: A Crazy Sexy Love Note to self! 🙂 xo

  207. amelia says:

I always thought that cards had to be interpreted by particular people but I love that your card deck is so practical and easy to apply in daily life so I can see myself actually using them. xo

  208. Elizabeth Frey says:

Asking for help is one of my biggest challenges. My first response when faced with stress or a particular situation is to keep it to myself and try to handle it alone. When I pause and reflect on past situations I can see that when I’ve asked for help I’ve been lucky enough to receive it. I’ve really loved these card reading videos, they really help put things in perspective.

  209. SileeLamb says:

    Goodafternoon,
    I chose nourish yourself.
I am a primary school teacher. I had my own classroom for 6 years, and when my father passed away I found myself to be extremely anxious and depressed. I asked for help from my family doctor, a cognitive therapist, and my admisnistrator at the school. The school admin helped by tailoring a teaching possition for me: I was teaching sceince, health and phys. ed., and music and drama to all the grade 3 classes as well as some kinder graten classes. I loved the change and thrived on the teaching of the subjects I was truly interested in. However, after 8 years I wanted to get back in the classroom. Again, my admin. was supportive and I was assigend a grade 1 and 2 split grade class. Having been away from the classroom for 8 years, I actually felt like a new teacher. I love teaching and I love the children who come into my life because of it. Some my say I love it too much: I dive in and spend almost every waking momment researching, lanning, and learning about the subjects/topics I am to teach! This love of teaching, however, takes a toll on my health: I put asside exercise, and down time, and I do not eat well. So now that summer vaccation is here I plan to improve that part of my life: While I will still be reading up on how to teach certain subject matter, I want to take time to once again use my treadmill, to read for leisure, to craft, and to get outdoors 🙂
The video you made helps to push me to make these goals a reality. Thank you 🙂

  210. Amie says:

I chose “Ask For Help”, because who doesn’t need a little extra help from time to time, right? Thanks so much for all you do and share, Kris!

  211. Bianca says:

Forgiveness heals! I really needed to start my day with this reminder after a recent falling out with a friend. We are all trying the best we can. Thank you Kris!

  212. Elena says:

    Dear Kris,
I watched them all, and you are so freaking cute. Thank you for putting so much good energy into the world. The one that resonated most with me today was – well, all of them! I struggle with asking for help, nourishing myself, and telling the truth when it isn’t pretty. I’m going to give myself props for forgiving and noticing blessings though (go me!). Today I’m going to commit to nourishing myself with healthy food, and I’m going to go meditate. Keep doing your thing, girl. You’re amazing.
    Love,
    Elena

  213. Judy says:

I love listening to your Love Notes each week. I find that each of them has some message for me although some may resonate more at the moment than others. Today listening to Ask For Help was a great reminder to me that I don’t have to handle it all on my own. I just need to ask. Thank you. I look forward to eventually having your cards so that I can choose one each day for inspiration.

  214. Vivian says:

    “Tell the Truth”
When you said “to yourself” that really hit home with me. I know I am too hard on myself a lot of the time, so that is going to be in my thoughts!
Thank you so much : )

  215. Elizabeth says:

After placing my daughter for adoption at birth when I was 17, forgiveness was not something I was able to even consider until I met her for the first time this past summer. She is beautiful and truly an incredible soul. Meeting her after 16 years, has been the beginning of my journey of forgiveness. These cards help as a little nudge reminder for whatever you may be working on! XO

  216. Rachel says:

I chose “tell the truth” after seeing the physical toll not being honest with yourself and others can take on your body as well as your emotional health. Being honest can be difficult at first but overall is the best thing for you and those affected. This love note affected me quite deeply & at such a relevant time in my life. Thank you.

  217. Marietta says:

Listening to the Notice the Blessings video was the perfect choice for me today as I’ve been experiencing a bump in my fertility journey this past week. I’m trying to stay open to what my body is telling me and letting go of the need to constantly research/find info from webcasts/websites, etc. I do need to step away and do other things as well and be grateful for the creativity that comes into my life.

  218. Michelle Berry says:

The one that still resonates with me is the “Ask For Help” one, it came to me at a time of need:) I was always told ask my guardian angels for help. I would reply “but how”. Like you I am thriving through what I renamed “my Virus”(cancer). The day I saw your video, I was having a rough few days, and had shut out a lot of the positives in my life. I chose to focus on the negative. Then I saw your video, was brought tears, and goose bumps at the same time. I then stated out okay show me, help me with what is I need to do next, give me signs I’m going to be okay…a little later on that week I started seeing “hearts” everywhere, in puddles, two leaves, feathers, it was amazing and I knew I was on the right path. (Hearts are one of my signs 😉 ) Thank-you Kris for all you do, keep up your amazing work, you are an inspiration to me, and a fellow thriver 🙂

  219. Gina Pearce says:

I have never been in the habit of asking for help. I was the one who everyone depended on and I could do it all myself, and I did. That is until I got sick and had to depend on my family to help me. It was not easy but I had to ask for help. People used to think that asking for help was a sign of weakness but it is actually a sign of strength. Love everything you do, keep up the good work!!

  220. Victoria says:

Nourish card is so appropriate for me right now as I have definitely been numbing with all the wrong foods. I am grateful for the opportunity to win a Love Note deck and appreciate all you bring to us. Blessings

  221. dawn says:

    I’m grateful for:
waking up in the morning , being alive, next to my earth angel of a fiance.
Drinking a healthy green shake made by my Mommy.
Walking out of the house I own and driving to a job that I love.
Being able to be a masters student at a respected university.
Creative opportunities to write my travel guide.
Subscribing to inspirational, beautiful emails that lead me to this work…

  222. Nancy Coppock says:

Today I chose Nourish Yourself. I have Hypothyroidism and haven’t been eating the best. This is my second week of being gluten free and I have to say, I do feel a bit better. I’m also going to get my husband to walk around our neighborhood with me tonight. Something we haven’t done in almost a year!

  223. sherry says:

Nourish yourself…what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it, thank you. Yes, I have been using food to numb myself and to nourish negativity but I choose today to nourish myself with positive thoughts of self love and acceptance as well as good healthy food.

  224. Lisa says:

“Release any guilt and blame. Everyone is doing the best they can, this includes you.” What a great reminder!

  225. Judy says:

Forgiveness heals. I’m so sad, had to put down my 12 year old dog because of a heart problem, the meds had stopped working. I know it was the right thing to do but ……… So many buts, need to let it go, I did my best. Need to forgive others too. Anger, resentment, makes disease in the body, time to let go of it all including and hopefully my disease.

  226. Gina says:

I can’t express enough how AWESOME these love notes are. I’ve given several as gifts to dear friends and think every person on the planet should have a set. Thank you, Kris, for all that you are!

  227. Gina Pearce says:

I am not in the habit of asking for help and I know I should. I am definitely working on asking for help more and more. People used to think asking for help was a sign of weakness but asking for help when you need it is actually showing strength.

  228. Elizabeth Gregoire says:

Thank you so much for reminding us of what is important in life: family, friends, health. Today I am especially grateful for my health because my latest DEXA scan last week has revealed that I am reversing my osteopenia through diet, exercise and supplements. I get so many good ideas from your website and the recipes are fantastic!

  229. Audrey Ulmer says:

I chose ask for help……..I am always the one helping everyone else and find this is such a tough one for me…….esp dealing w a lot of sickness in our family right now……mother and brother in law………uncle……mother……. I feel like I can never do enough….thank you for the reminder that its okay to ask for help…..it makes you stronger……..I have always thought it was a sign of weakness or lack of ability…….its not……THANK YOU FOR all your encouraging words of wisdom..truth….love …strength…compassion and support…XO

  230. sandi says:

Forgiveness is a tough one for me. I work on forgiving every day but sometimes it sparks memories of pain so it becomes more difficult to forgive but I know I must.

  231. Donna says:

I like the idea of angels on speed dial!

  232. Amelia says:

I really needed the Notice the Blessings card today! I woke up grumpy and resentful and was playing the comparison game for most of the morning, unfortunately.
But WOW! do I have a lot to be grateful for. Noticing these blessings has made them multiply. And I didn’t do the thing where I make myself feel guilty for being in a funk in the first place. You’re an inspiration Kris. And thank you for the tip in your HH Summit recording about having a picture of yourself as a little kid and thinking about how you would talk to her and cherish her. Your magic is such a gift. xx

  233. Liz says:

The “Nourish Yourself” card was perfect for me today! I also have a bad cold and needed a reminder to take better care of my body and general health. I do need more sleep (and sunshine!) in my life, so thanks for the gentle reminder. It was perfect!

  234. Lenore Small says:

Since each card has a unique message, it would be hard to choose which resonated more. Thank you for creating these cards so I can focus on its message.

  235. Emily says:

Oh, my ah-ha video was the one with the ”Something bigger is on the way” card. I saw it minutes before I handed my resignation from my job. I had decided to resign and follow my true passion instead. Thank you for giving me the sign and confident I needed to walk into that office and say goodbye to a 12 year career.

  236. Cindy says:

I have just been through the hardest 4 years of my life. A lot of loss – health wise, jobs, relationships, finances… I often feel like I have been left with nothing. Notice the blessings is a great reminder for me that I have not lost everything. There are still so many things I can be grateful for.

  237. Desiree says:

    Hi Kris,
I love your card readings 🙂 I am grateful for many things but one of the big ones is my health 🙂

  238. Katie says:

Notice the Blessings! How sweet is this to come across your post this morning after holding space with all that I am grateful in my life. I am filled with gratitude for having woken up to great and experience a new day. For the sounds of birds singing outside my window. For eyes that see outside and see inside me. For happiness, balance and wellness in my body, mind and spirit. For the abundance of all that nourishes me, food, love, light, nature and so much more. Blessed indeed.

  239. Cindy says:

    Notice The Blessings
Thanks so much for being one of those BLESSINGS!
You are a beautiful shiny example of gratitude, your cards are so insightful. I would love to win a set for a friend who just lost her father.

I am so grateful that I have learned to focus on joy. It’s so easy to complain, but choosing gratitude
instead makes the whole day brighter.

  242. Jessie says:

The card about asking for help really speaks to me. I am terrible at this and wait until I’m completely overwhelmed before asking for help. But once I do, I’m amazed at how quickly people help and I feel relieved. What an important reminder!

  243. Sherri DeGolia says:

LOVE your card readings!!! Thank you for the reminder to nourish myself!! I’m going to make a healthy smoothy instead of a cup of coffee!! I would love to win a deck of these cards!!

I got Ask for Help! So true. I’m a natural Giver. I work as a nanny taking care if young children all day long and often find myself completely spent! It’s hard for me to ask others for help but on the rare occasions I do they are always willing. Just have to remind myself of that!

  245. Marlene says:

I picked “Notice the Blessings” because it just draw my attention to it. As soon as I saw the card I knew it fits perfectly. I love butterflies and I was taken away by how beautiful the card looked. When you started reading the text I knew that my attention that draw me to this video was right. I am currently finishing my Bachelor thesis and all I want to be is to finish it. In such stressful times it’s easy to be carried away and forget what I am really blessed with (health, a loving family + friends, overall wellbeing).
There is so much to be grateful for and I am truly blessed with a lot.

  246. Kim says:

Thank you Kris, for your love, positivity and inspiration!!! Ask for help was my pick today. It is perfect. I am going to appreciate all the wonderful blessings already in my life and ask for help to get through this particularly challenging time in my life.
as always, your emails are beautiful gifts that I look forward to reading. Xoxo

  247. Kim says:

Nourish yourself. I am trying to aleays follow this. I needed this reminder today.

  248. Sandra Adragna says:

I chose Forgiveness Heals. This came at a perfect time as this was the topic of discussion with family members this week and the reasons why we needed to let go of some past family hurts . I have learned that because of the many blessings in my life that I can afford to be generous with my judgments and encouragement. It is a discussion that can be intense but being able to forgive is truly liberating to the mind and soul.

  249. Pam says:

I picked Notice the Blessings because my first thought this morning was, “What a beautiful day!”

  250. Natalia says:

Ask for HELP! Such a beautiful reminder that we are always guided and supported. All we need is to ask and be open to receive.

  251. Gail says:

I picked Notice the Blessings after reading through the five choices. I thought that was an interesting way to present these — read a few subjects and pick the one that speaks to you today! A beautiful card and a great reminder to focus on the good in our lives. Thank you, Kris!

  252. Jacy says:

#5, forgiveness, having left domestic violence, and dealing with chronic pain, 30 minutes before I saw your Facebook post, a past memory had popped up and I was just telling myself, I had to let it go. Forgive the other party, so I can be free. Kris’s reminder and video selection proved to me, that there are great things connecting us in the universe.

  253. Barb says:

Thanks for the awesomeness! You make the world a better place.

  254. Hi Kris. I am an esthetician and I love facials and massage to nourish. I’ve been giving crazy sexy love notes to my clients as a take-a-way gift after their treatment. Thank you for all that you do!

  255. Maureen Polson says:

I choose the ask for help since that is something that I am still learning how to do since I am always trying to do everything to help everyone else and I need to learn how to ask for it for myself when I need it. Thank you!

  256. josie says:

I have to remember to ask for help. I find that I get a little overwhelmed at times and have to remember that I have those special angels around me.

  257. Brandi says:

he help love note speaks to me because right now I’m traveling across country to meet my sister for the first time and I have had car trouble all the way . I have had to let angels help me and look for the signs from the universe about what this all means !

  258. Lisa says:

I really would love one of these decks, the reminders are wonderful and the cards are beautiful. My aha moment today was with “nourish yourself”. I know I put my body through a lot and I haven’t respected what it needs. Like the card says I’ve been using food to numb myself which in turn lead to weigh gain and more bad feelings and need for numbing. So today I will take your advice and drink a much needed green juice, get outside for a bike ride to the beach, meditate and stretch, and get extra sleep today. That is what my body is calling for. And my mind as well. Thank you :). And thank you for being an in inspiration!

  259. Robyn says:

I picked Nourish Yourself, and what a great card to pick for me right now. I am working on taking the time to prepare fresh foods and just started to create smoothies and juices to nourish my body. I love the picture on the card. For me, part of nourishing my body is also getting out into nature. In the hot AZ sun, that is hard to do sometimes, but there are small moments within the day that I can take at least 5-10 minutes to sit outside and give gratitude. Thanks for the reminder; love the cards. And I love the tree room. Is that a wallpaper?

    In good health,
    Robyn W., PT, DPT

  260. Kelly Irving says:

I chose Forgiveness heals. I struggle everyday with forgiveness, not of others but of myself. I find that the act of forgiveness within is one of the hardest things, yet I know that my health and happiness depends on it. My inner voice constantly teases me with self doubt, worries, judgement so this reading really hit home. Thank you ☺️

  261. katie says:

    ‘ask for help’ really resonated!

  262. Kira says:

The count your blessings was a kick in the butt for me. I have a gratitude journal by my bed that I used to write in everyday and say what I was grateful for that day. I have been slacking off because of the craziness of life and just wanting to get to bed right after a long day. But it is SO IMPORTANT to count your blessings and honor the good things in your life. I notice when I do that, more come.

  263. Jessica says:

Notice the blessings one really caught me. I was trying to listen to it and my kids were running around screaming like demons and I started to get mad and tell them to be quiet and then I read NOTICE THE BLESSINGS again. It was like a light turned on and I got up and played with the kids for a bit, noticing my blessings, and then sat down to listen to the readings in peace.

  264. Lela davia says:

I chose nourishment . Perfect for what I need to balance a busy, crazy week which at my age of 71 is a bit much. Reminded to do my yoga practice. Thank you !!

  265. Ask for help really spoke to me this morning. My anxiety is crazy right now. I tried meditating but could not relax so I just began praying. Which helped. Definitely going to continue calling upon my angels and spirit guides today. Thank you Kris for all you do. I love watching your videos and listening to your lovely voice. Namaste. Peace & Love!

  266. Marieve says:

Thank you for these readings! I really enjoy them! Love, xx

  267. Jenny Nantell says:

OOOOooooo Yea I LOVE the bunnies. They have got that look, the “I am gonna lay down the REAL for you my friend, in the best way I possibly can” look. I love it because if we can be honest with ourselves that is the FIRST step to any real progress regardless of what you’re trying to do. So…lets stop sticking our heads in the sand and get some of that BUNNY COURAGE! It takes Courage to tell your truth. But the word COUR in Greek means HEART. Our deepest heart of hearts will never steer us wrong. Go for it!

  268. Lisa Manikas says:

I was especially drawn to the Nourush yourself. For so long I have soothed my emotions with food and have been really working on this affirmation. The art work on the front solidified the message on the front. Thank you for the reminder.

  269. Susan conlin says:

You always make me smile. So grateful for positive energy

  270. Kim says:

Been under the weather for several days, but the universe truly brings what you need. Kris brought the Nourish love note, and it literally smacked me in the face with so much truth. Back to the green smoothies, away from the sugary soft drinks (the old ways of soothing). Taking the time to stop and heal and not feel guilty. Thanks Kris for putting your love out into the universe.

  271. Fern says:

putting my army of angels on speed dial. I always forget. thanks for the reminder.

  272. Jan says:

I am so glad that your cards relate to the many unmet needs people experience! I read your forgiveness card this A.M., as I am writing about forgiveness in my book on midlife and loss. Can I borrow your dog? A little humor helps every topic!

  273. Crystal F says:

Nourishing Yourself is something that speaks to me as it has been my focus lately. A simple 5 minute meditation, reading on a blanket in my backyard, and making a point to eliminate any negativity in my newsfeeds and a step back from it in my life. For the most part I do a great job of eating to nourish my cells and my body and occasionally have evenings that I check out and make less than ideal choices but I have found that by making the decision to not dwell on it and tp do my best to move forward in love and better decisions has eliminated much of the stress I had been struggling with in my life thank you for the reflection and inspiration!

  274. Sue says:

The Tell the Truth card resonated with me. It reminded me that one of the most important people to be honest with is myself. Why is this soo hard – because I am a work in progress. Intellectually I know that the truth offers freedom and yet sometimes I struggle with it.

  275. Susie says:

i picked “nourish yourself” because I needed and wanted permission! I’m in the middle of moving my life 800 miles from one end of California to the other to start a new chapter close to children and grandkids. My husband passed away and though I have lots of friends and a full life where I was, I missed my family and that feeling of connection I get from them. So, thank you so much, I’m truly grateful for today’s card!

  276. Amanda says:

We all need more positive words in our day. Thank you for sharing through your crazy sexy love notes. It’s a great way to start your day or take a few minutes during the day to reset your mind. I always look forward to receiving your emails filled with great information and feel good moments!

  277. Susan G. says:

I was drawn to the “Notice the Blessings” video and was surprised to see it was a Monarch butterfly card. The Monarch has special meaning for me since I have always taken Monarchs as a sign that my grandmother is with me, and also, my son raises Monarch butterflies for releases. It reminded me that even though life has thrown lots of “curve balls” my way lately, I am not alone in this journey.

  278. Laura says:

    Hi Kris,

Humble yourself and ask for help, nobodys an island.
This is something I have struggled with and it’s taken me many years to realize that I don’t need to handle life on my own. Life is awesome with a little help from your friends ♡♡♡

  279. lisa guest says:

I got through two rounds of treatment. I figured out what my pattern was that was taking me down. I’ve been able to change my behavior. I wrote my book. So much I’ve done and I tend to look at what I still need to do. That famous editor wants to work with my book and I need him but can’t pay him. I picked the NOTICE THE BLESSINGS card. I am so blessed with people that see the real me, ‘four walls’ that inspire (even though they don’t clean themselves), and great weather. Plus, my very cool brother who passed in 1993 still sends me messages when I least expect it and most need his unconditional love. Really, what else in life is necessary?

  280. Stephanie says:

Noticing the blessings is such a great reminder! So often we focus on what we want and don’t have, we forget to take joy and be grateful for what we already have. Thanks for the reminder Kris!

  281. Leanne Chesser says:

The video titles that stood out for me were ask for help and tell the truth, so I watched both. I don’t have any particular insights from them, but I appreciate the messages! Thanks, Kris!

  282. Nicole says:

I am truly grateful that I got to marry the man of my dreams on Sunday. We had a magical wedding with so much love and even fun surprises. Now we get to take off for the honeymoon on Thursday. I just may be living the best week of my life so far!! So truly grateful.

  283. Lindy Goergen says:

Kris you rock! What am I grateful for . . . hmmm let me think, YOU! You light up my day with your love filled emails and now especially your little videos pulling a love note card to share with us. I would love one of your FREE crazy sexy love note decks!! They love amazing! Love you! Lindy

  284. Bonnie says:

Notice and count my blessings……this is very important to me in order to keep me grounded and to make me remember, during hard times, just how blessed I really am and that I am not to have self-pity, anger, or sadness for the little things. Life really is too short to focus on anything negative and I try to be grateful and thankful for the many blessings that God gives me on a daily basis! 🙂

  285. Lisa Lathrop says:

I LOVE “Notice the Blessings”! I am a 6 year AML survivor who is in treatment now for Myeloid Sarcoma. Of course, I’d rather not have to go through nasty chemo again….BUT I am grateful for my fantastic support group (my family and friends) and a care team who is the ULTIMATE best! They give me the inspiration and strengh to deal with this in a very positive way. Of course, I believe in God’s will for my life, that there is some meaning behind this new diagnosis….and know that He will guide me through to the end. Blessings to you, Kris….I have followed your guidance for 6+ years now and you continue to inspire me with your healthy go-get-em attitude. Thank you and keep up the great work! 😀

  286. Jennifer says:

I really appreciate the love and generosity with which Kris delivers these messages. And each one was EXACTLY what I needed to hear. When I truly embrace the state of forgiveness I feel such a great sense of release and peace. And yet, it is SO very hard to be in that space–I find myself constantly in self-judgement and judgement of others, holding on to grievances despite all of my spiritual practices. And so, to forgive myself for not forgiving perfectly each day…

    Thanks Kris Carr!

  287. melissa says:

Thank you for sharing this exquisite card deck offering. Your wisdom and spirit provide immense inspiration and solace. Grateful to and for you.

My specific insight (ask for help) was to imagine how much I am willing to receive (so that I am full to overflowing, prosperous to serve). I have struggled tremendously with cash flow and hear the call to allow more in (way past my personal edges).

  288. Kris,
I love your sweetness….and Yes, I couldn’t agree more Forgiveness is an essential ingredient to healing into our wholeness~may we all find the courage to forgive ourselves and all others. ❤️

  289. Maureen says:

I recently bought these beautiful cards and only periodically pull one out. It’s amazing how many times I pull out “Notice the Blessings”. Obviously, this is something I am not fully diving into since it keeps nudging me. I am grateful for the many wonderful people in my life and the support they give me in whatever I want to do. For my husband, who is my biggest cheerleader. For my daughters, who both live close by with their loving families. For my grandchildren, who keep me young at heart and in play. For my sisters, who are my best friends. For my brothers, who are all so different from each other that they help me to stretch myself in varied ways. For my friends, who connect me to my different past selves. And lastly, for all the wonderful virtual friends who teach me daily that I can be so much more than I ever believed possible.

  290. Jenn Peters says:

Forgiveness Heals. A huge message for me and one that is hard to learn but kinda easy too when you just let go. Feels gooooooood.

  291. Sarah says:

Watched one, and ended up watching them all…

Today I am especially grateful for all the incredible inspiration and uplifting energy that is available to me on a daily basis from both my physical community, and my digital community – ESP HERE in the Crazy Sexy revolution. Always is exactly what I need to lift myself out of any low vibe days.

Sending love, gratitude & tons of sunshine.

    Sarah

  292. Gail says:

Oh, the Ask For Help card was absolutely what I needed today. I often need reminders to ask for help from the people in my life, and from the whole Divine universe! Thank you for this nudge in the direction of gentleness and connection.

  293. I love these cards! The nourish yourself card says “be honest”, referring to eating to numb or nourish yourself. I think I need to frequently ask myself this question often before I eat something. It’s a great question! Thanks Kris

  294. Jennifer says:

Ask for help. Look for the signs. Done and done. It is easier said than done for me, but I have been remembering to let my guides know I’m in need of being made aware of the process, the direction, the signs, the assistance. I’m embracing the scared part of me, knowing my new direction will be made all the better for the recognition that I cannot figure it all out on my own. Ask for help.

Peace, love and laughter to you for making these videos available today! May this day rock for you and your team!

  295. Amber says:

I really needed to hear Nourish Yourself again. I struggle with taking the time to take care of myself and honor myself. I let others’ needs get in the way before mine, leaving me with no time for myself. Going to make a very conscious effort this week to take care of me, and honor myself and my body. 🙂

  296. Bohdanna Bihun says:

Loved them all but this resonated with me “Are you saying your fine when your not because you don’t want to rock the boat?” Boy this really hit home with me, it’s something that I recognize that I have done so many times and working on breaking this. I would love to use these cards with the new man in my life to help us open up and have a deeper connection!!

  297. Monica says:

    Such great, positive messages! Thanks

  298. Hannah says:

Notice the Blessings; this sticks with me because gratefulness allows us to remember what we have and love rather than what we don’t have. It makes us want to love on others and bless everyone around us!

  299. Davina Peters says:

Grateful for fresh air and the ability to breathe deeply. Grateful chemo is finished.

  300. tb sojka says:

Thank you for reminding me to think about how fortunate I am and how blessed each day in so many ways.

  301. Sally Rozniak says:

These cards are such an inspiration to me. I so look forward to your weekly card reading. Which video did I listen to. All of them of course. The one I especially like is Notice the Blessings. I am working on turning around my negativity and I will start with noticing all the blessings in my life. My wonderful husband, huge loving family, my health. Thank you for introducing these cards to me. I would love them.

  302. Morgan C. says:

Nourish Yourself and Ask for Help both struck a chord with me. I easily get caught up in the whirlwind of life of being a stay at home Mom, loving wife, and a full time student to earn my degree in Special Education that I constantly forget to take care of my needs or ask for help. This was a simple, encouraging reminder that in order for me to be totally 100% there for others, I must be there for myself first.

  303. Jackie says:

My take away is I need to do all these cards consistently everyday to be my best self, specifically… Nourish and notice my blessings. Thank you chickalicious!!!!!

  304. Nacy says:

I related to the tell the truth card. Sometimes I do put my family’s needs ahead of my own even though it is detrimental to me and then I get angry. If I tell the truth to myself and make time for me, everyone will benefit, especially me. 🙂 Thanks for the important reminder. Love your cards; they look so beautiful in your videos!

  305. Stacie says:

They all speak to me, but Forgiveness Heals made me cry. =) First, I need to forgive myself. Why do we beat ourselves up? What we berate ourselves for, we just can’t get rid of, and who wants that kind of energy hangin’ around??? Lord, help us to let go. I also need to release some blame toward my Mom. We’re all doing the best with can with what we’ve been given. She’s got her own subconscious playback, just like I do. I have to send love instead of junk emotion, and everyone will benefit. Release. Release. Release. (Ahhhhh… =))
(p.s. I just bought a deck of love notes a few days ago for my Mom for her birthday. I hope she gets as much pleasure, nourishment and insight from them as I do. =)

  306. Marijo Sherman says:

Hi Kris, your message in Nourish Yourself resonates with me because you have a kind, soft approach that is inspirational. Hope your cold is better!

  307. Patricia says:

I’ve been stuck living in the city ‘limits’ for far too long now, and “Nourish Yourself” is what I need! On that note, I’m moving out to the country! Yeah! I’m going to go and play with some beautiful new horse friends and sit amongst the trees looking at the mountains!

  308. Donna says:

This is the first time I saw your videos of your love note cards- kris you are so sweet & really have a way of sharing your warmth, love & comfort. I am pretty sad lately & it gets harder to pretend everything is all right. Your ‘ask for help’ video really touched me. I just may call a friend today! FYI- I watched all 5 videos & found them all comforting, thought provoking and inspiring. Your love note cards seem like a ‘must have’. ‘Thank you for sharing yourself ! Love you back!!!

  309. Jody says:

There is so much to be grateful in life. I love sharing these cards with my daughter. We always find inspiration in the messages. Thank you.

  310. Wendy says:

Hi Kris, thank you so much for al that you do. One of my favorites is to nourish yourself and that’s what I started doing even more after I started reading your books following on FB and trying to live a much healthier lifestyle. I also believe it all starts with food, but also try to practice nourishing the souls with good relationships, spirituality, giving back. It is as important to find purpose in life.
Once again, thank you and have a blessed day.
    Wendy

  311. Georgie Muir says:

Notice the Blessing. My military husband is always telling me to stop “tabbing through life” – basically stopping marching through it, focusing only on the end goal without stopping to take in all the beauty and joy that surrounds us! He was delighted to hear this message resonated today, as was I. I love these readings Kris and thank you from my heart for them! Georgie x

  312. Melissa says:

I am learning so much about taking care of myself & loving myself right now. The nourishing myself card resonates with me. It feels pretty good!

  313. Norma says:

    Good morning Kris,
This was the first time I listened to one of your readings and I really enjoyed it.
I chose Ask for Help . The reason being for as long as I can remember I’ve made myself available to anyone who needs help themselves; emotional support, physical help, advice and so on. I don’t ask anyone for help because I don’t want to be a burden, I don’t discuss how bad things really are with me, my daughter or my husband. If I don’t put it out there that our finances are terrible, the car needs serious work, this bankruptcy is drowning us, my.health is really bad, I cannot work to help out, it’s all bad, bad and bad. No wonder I’m s basket case ;-/
Maybe I need to be asking the right person for help, not anyone who I talk to on the phone, or visit, not FB lol!
I need to try asking the one person I have all over our home and love reading about, looking at and learning more about; “my angle” and not worry that I am a bother!

  314. Maureen says:

Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude. So thankful for the reminder to notice my blessings and step out of the downward spiral of negativity. Thank you!

  315. Tine says:

    Hey Kris.

Whenever i click on your email to watch your readings, the “nourish” video always comes up.
Lately i have been putting aside card readings i do for myself from other card decks, and the funny thing is that almost all the cards say something about nourish, one of the card is also named nourish (steven farmer deck). So, universe, i’ve got the message! Thank you Kris, for sharing your cards with us.
    Love Tine

  316. Janica says:

I am reminded every week with your card drawing that I just need to take some time for me. Not a long vacation or hour long bubble bath everyday, but just 5 minutes to think or meditate on what makes me happy or what will make me better. These cards are short, sweet, and to the point and always make me slow down, think and be grateful… Right now during my day, not recapping and sometimes regretting the day at night when I should be sleeping! I have a hard time slowing down and being present, living with intention. I am a busy mom, always on the go and your short videos of reading these cards slows me down and helps me focus, calm and move on! Love all the videos, they all hit home this morning!

Thank you for all you do Kris, you’re an inspiration!
    JJ

  317. Debora says:

Your card reading were just what I needed today. Sometimes you just a little positive energy to kick start your day. Thank you

  318. Karen says:

Hi, Kris! Notice the Blessings was the reading that resonated with me this week. This is one of my favorite things to do. To take a pause and become really present, look around and truly notice all of the blessings that surround me. I’m always amazed. I really indulge in noticing the “small” or “simple” things like the super soft blanket that hugs me with warmth that was given to me as a gift. The deliciously ripe apple that I slice and share with my daughter. The way the leaves rustle, dance and sway with the slightest breeze. The sound of the rain. They all make me so grateful to be alive. Thank you for your lovely spirit and these beautiful cards! Blessings to you!

  319. Rebecca says:

Love these! I watched “ask for help” because, well, I am not too good at doing that and know that is one of my biggest weaknesses. It didn’t occur to me that I can receive help not just from actual human beings, but from the Universe, as well. I don’t know whether or not I believe in angels, but if I look at the evidence of times that things “just worked out,” I suppose that could point to angels helping me along the way. So, I will set an intention to ask for help from the Universe with those areas of my life where I feel stuck: career path, finding a job, finances, and finding focus to study for an upcoming licensing exam.

  320. Heather Elizabeth says:

Love these colorful cards! Going to nourish myself with a nice healthy breakfast before heading to work.

  321. Lois says:

I just watched your video readings of the cards and I love how straight forward the messages are. They remind us of what we may already know but lead us to focus or look a little closer and grow a little more.
    Wonderful Kris!

  322. Ellen McGehee says:

    Kris
I so love and appreciate the ease at which you share your authenticity and genuine messages. You are uplifting so much of the crazy sexy planet with simply being real and showing what it looks like to be comfortable in your own skin. LOVE LOVE LOVE you and consider you a friend…just like I’ve always known I’d be friends with good ole Dolly Parton…you too are my friend, sister! LOL

    Miles of smiles,
    Ellen

  323. Lucy Ladley says:

Kris, Thank you so very much for spreading the Joy that we were all intended to feel in creation. You are an instrument in spreading Joy! Blessings, Lucy

  324. Windy McMichael says:

As I am on the healing journey with cancer my eyes have been opened to unforgiveness of myself and others. I’ve been working with this and your card came at the right time. Thank you!

  325. Yoojin says:

i think these love notes are such a great idea. i’ve seen affirmation cards before, and wasn’t sure what the big deal was. but, if you just take them lightly to your heart, things come up in your daily life that just reflect them, and i love that 🙂

  326. Staci says:

“Tell the truth” resonates with me on this Tuesday morning. After yet another weekend of drinking too much this is a wake-up call. I need to examine my habits and get honest with myself about the things I need to cut out of my life. Thank you!

  327. Theresa says:

I picked Ask for Help. Too often, I try to fix things myself and keep my emotions all bottled up inside. I’m a rather private person, but I’m learning that it’s okay to ask for people to help me. Oftentimes, you learn more from listening to what others (who are in the same boat as you) have to say. 🙂

  328. Dawn says:

Everything, everything, EVERYTHING! I am grateful for all things “life”–clean, abundant air, water, food, and sunshine! I am grateful for each and every experience in my life. I am grateful for my SELF! My passionate, create, ambitious Self. I am grateful for today. The ultimate blessing. Thank you.

  329. Christa says:

I chose “Notice the Blessings”, watched the video, and then looked up to see my 2-year old quietly snuggling with our 12 year old cat, Roscoe. What a beautiful way to start the day…Blessed indeed!

  330. Wendy says:

Love how Tell the Truth has bunnies facing each other for the process. A gentle reminder that the discomfort of telling the truth can be mitigated by the warm fuzzies of getting closer to that person, allowing them the chance to express themselves fully as well, and that we are just snuggle bunnies deep down! 🙂

  331. Elissa Larson says:

On the first one, ask for help, I immediately started crying. I’m at a point in my life where I feel so lost and like I don’t fit in anywhere. I’m trying so hard to figure out what my purpose is, what I’m supposed to be doing, and feeling like I’m failing at that. Now it’s just up to me to practice asking for help from the universe. I need signs.

  332. Barb says:

ask for help…great reminder…beautiful cards!!! This is def one I need to take in…thanks for the blessing..

  333. Debbie Clauer says:

I choose Nourish Yourself. So true, I have used food to numb myself for years. I have done it for so long, I feel like I have forgotten me.

  334. I watched the “Forgiveness Heals” video and it really hit home. I need to let go of the anger I feel towards my ex. It’s not hurting my ex, it’s re-wounding ME. And I need to forgive myself for needing out, and I need to move on graciously. Thanks Kris for creating these powerful cards, and for reminding us we need to nourish our spirits as well as our bodies.

  335. I really like the video where you picked “nourish yourself”. I have to remind myself always to take care of me. Choose to show yourself you care by eating good foods, moving outdoors, and spending time in nature. Love it Kris! Thank you!

  336. patti says:

FORGIVENESS HEALS: a powerful & foundational message for both soul & body; the relief forgiveness offers after traversing some of the high mountains.
What immediately struck me when I saw yr doogie in the vid, is how animals are the role models for us humanoids in the power of forgiveness and it’s medicine. Ya. Thanks Kris

  337. Sheri says:

Dear lovely Kris-your Tell The Truth card stopped me in my tracks. My beautiful family sucks me dry, and it’s not their fault. I have to tell myself the truth and take some responsibility here for myself. It really made me think…thank you

  338. Katherine says:

    Hello Kris!
First of all, thank you for bringinf so much light, love and happiness into the world and into the lives of us who follow you and keep up with you in social media. Thanks for all inspiration and motivation!
Now, I picked “Forgiveness Heals”, and this is a huge issue for me. I tend to hold on to old hurts, and find it difficult to forgive. Even though I do want to forgive and let go, feelings of hurt and disappointment somehow still lingers just below the surface. I am still working on letting it all go, but I am ready to heal.

    Much love and light,
    Katherine
    (Oslo, Norway)

  339. Katie Lee says:

I had an aha about telling the truth to myself. I realized that I need to do it more often. I got really honest with myself yesterday and although it was uncomfortable at first, today I already feel a greater sense of peace.

Your energy and heart are such a gift! Thank you!

  340. Dawn says:

Hi Kris! Today I pulled You are Healing. What perfect timing. I started working Nick Ortner Tapping program (Thank You by the way) and that’s exactly how I feel. That deep inside I’m healing…
    many blessings wished for you

  341. Lisa Longfellow says:

The card Inpicked today? “Ask For Help” The first video in your blog today? “Ask For Help”. The super cute pink top Kris is wearing drew my eye to the first video as well. The Universe is speaking to me!

  342. Patricia says:

Nourish Yourself. I’m thinking in terms of food right now, but it applies to nourishing myself in other ways: with laughter, play, sleep, meditation, and peace of mind.

  343. Mary Shattuck says:

I realize that I need to listen before I react.

    • Nancy says:

Mary, I stopped dead at your comment. I never realized how much I talk and how “underdeveloped” my listening skills are. Just to let my agenda go and open myself up to really tune in to what another person is saying. And I thought I was empathetic, but when I “watched” myself for a few days I realized how I interject and insert my own thoughts instead of letting someone have their say unedited. I also am quick to react. Since forcing myself to either bite my tongue or ponder a response before rendering one, things just feel better. It’s hard to take an obective look at yourself..

  344. Hannah says:

Forgiveness heals. Lately one of the aha moments that has been recurring within my life is that blame & guilt do not serve anyone, not me nor another person. I’m choosing to forgive. I’m choosing love.

  345. Chantal says:

Kris your crazy, sexy love notes are small life changes that really improve ones quality of life. It is something simple one can do on a daily basis and feel better about themselves, and for that I am grateful. They are these little messages that draw your attention to areas you may not want to think about, but in a positive way. I would love to have a deck like yours to refer to every day!! Thank you for sharing!! Much gratitude and love your way! xoxox

  346. Aurora says:

I picked ask for help. I don’t know why it’s so hard to ask. Maybe it’s more like “let go of control” for me rather than ask for help. I think I can do it better or faster if I just do it myself. That kinda leads into perfectionism and also for me impatience and wanting something done yesterday!
I need to slow down my roll and ask for help and be ok with other people’s ideas and ways of doing things. You can always learn new things by other people’s input! I appreciate this fun email today! Thanks for putting so much thought and effort into everything you do Kris. Ps I also want to thank you for opening my eyes to the cosmetic industry and introducing me to Annmarie Gianni’s skincare and makeup!! Life changer.

  347. Jessica says:

I am going to nourish myself better this week by eating more greens! I must plan better and this will be a more feasible task 🙂

  348. Diane says:

I have many blessings. If I stop comparing my insides to others’ outsides, I have a lot of blessings. I have a great job, I have three healthy, handsome boys. My bills are paid right now. For today, I am healthy. Life is good. I have friends.

  349. Bria says:

After having my baby, I have learned to ask for help. From my spirit guides, my husband and the Universe in general. I am rarely disappointed!

  350. Michelle says:

I like the to tell the truth. I am always burying the truth. It has caused a lot of pain and stress in my life. Thank you for the insight.

  351. Mary says:

At my 40th high school reunion last week, a guy from my AP math class asked me how I endes up where I am, he said he thought I’d be “all over the world”. I’ve been mulling over his remark ever since & feeling a bit like I haven’t “lived up” to my potential. Ack! So the forgiving card reminds me to forgive myself for what I haven’t done. And to remember I’m where I’m supposed to be. Today.

  352. Nancy says:

Blessing…hmmmm….I think most of us neglect to count them. I have gratitude for right now…this moment in time…the way my body, mind and spirit are now…I accept it in the moment…living in the moment…this moment will NEVER, EVER be here again…breath it it..

  353. Michelle says:

    Hi Kris,

I picked Notice the blessings. This was very thought provoking for me as its so easy to get caught up in the day and just with things in general. I find I’m always , oh I need this or we need to do that. It’s so refreshing to just be still and notice what’s around and be thankful for what we , I have.

    Thank you lots!!! X

  354. Anita Barnes says:

Love “Forgiveness Heals.” Very powerful. Forgiveness is good for all of us.

  355. Abi says:

Kris, thank you for sharing these kind, beautiful bits of wisdom with the world.

  356. Suzanne O'Doherty says:

The minute I saw “ask for help” – I knew that was the video to start with ! I got that card in a reading yesterday and meditated. This morning – 2 wonderful things happened to me. So I see this as synchronicity : a reminder that I can also and actually that I will also ask for help. Thank you for this.

  357. Michelle says:

My aha was todays card….notice the blessings! So often I compare my life, job, marriage, possessions, etc. with other people. Their yoga practice is better, they are prettier, thinner, smarter, more successful, or whatever. Yet, when I stop to look at my own life, I realize God has blessed me beyond compare. I have food, clothing, a job, a loving husband, I get to teach yoga, and I have traveled the world. Gratitude for everything and everyone in my life is really where freedom exists. I heard someone say that when you are more connected to God (i.e your true self), you have less comparison with others. That is how I want to live each day!

  358. Keely says:

“Ask for help.” HUGE. Currently writing an article on this very subject. Recently had a realization while connecting with a dear person in my life whose dad was dying of cancer. She could not wrap her head around the fact that 5 years ago I was in the same spot only somewhat alone. I have a great circle around me with lots of love and support but as an only child who served as my dad’s everything (power of attorney, etc). For some silly reason (now understood I was acting from the ego) I thought I needed to be strong during this time and handle it all on my own. I even told my mom, my parents divorced when I was 3, that she didn’t have to stay with me as my dad reached his final hours. SAY WHA!?! She gracefully let me state the ridiculous claim and stayed with me anyway. Once he took his last breath I immediately thanked her for being there. DUH! It wasn’t until the conversation with this friend 5 years later that the AHA moment of how I shy away from asking for help because I don’t want to be disappointed. Thank you for the speed dial reminder. And as a visual learner, the beautiful illustration is forever imprinted. So, so helpful and appreciated. Much love

  359. Michelle says:

Thank you, Kris, for sharing! In particular I appreciated “Ask For Help” as this is part of my journey at present. Community is a rich thing to be a part of though it requires us to give and receive. Thank you for so graciously articulating this for those (like me) who are in need of a gentle reminder.

    With gratitude,
    Michelle

  360. Betty says:

I especially love this affirmation because that “something bigger” can be the tiniest change that sparks an interest, opens a door, welcomes an opportunity. If we can break through that comfort zone and look around with clear eyes and heart, something bigger is ALWAYS there waiting to be explored.

  361. Ellen Hyner says:

I went right for your “Nourish Yourself” reading:
My heart and soul your cards are feeding!
I get excited with each emailed letter–
Love to win a deck–hope you feel better.

  362. Barbara says:

I have so much to be grateful for. God’s Grace is enough!
I am thankful for my family and friends, my health. Eyes to enjoy nature, ears to hear the birds etc.
    Life is good.

    Thanks for your wonderful emails.

  363. Jill Breugem says:

I chose ‘Notice the Blessings’. It’s easy to focus on things that are not going well, things that are stressful and difficult in life. Unfortunately they can take up so much space in your head; causing poor sleep, mental and physical fatigue. I need to take an active role in my happiness and it begins with journalling my gratitude daily. Love this card! Thank you Kris – for being such an inspiration!

  364. Vicki says:

I watched “Nourish Yourself” because that seems to be where I slip up the most often. I had to smile at the comment about cookies because this last weekend I made a batch of Skinny Monkey cookies and ate the entire batch…. Thank you, Kris for reminding me to be like the bunnies!

  365. Errity says:

Just what I needed to hear today! Thank you. 🙂

  366. pilar says:

I am thankful for my family and friends !!! I would have not been able to get this far without the.
I love them with all I have.

  367. Susan says:

I am grateful for still having time to learn even if the lessons are tough sometimes.

  368. Molly says:

Notice the Blessings definitely resonated with me this week. I’m in the middle of a life changing transition- moving across the country to pursue my dream job- and its all good stuff but it is incredibly emotional and overwhelming. I really needed the reminder to look around me and be grateful for everything that I have, the support I am surrounded by and the opportunity ahead of me. The universe is going to take care of me- it already is. I would love my own deck so I can continue to get these daily reminders throughout my journey. 🙂

  369. Lindsay says:

It’s amazing the relief you feel when you forgive yourself. We all make mistakes and we need to learn from those mistakes to grow and regonize the goodness within ourselves!

  370. Tracey Kruger says:

I chose Notice the Blessings, because, while I try to do this, it’s not always foremost for me (even though it should be!). I am SO grateful for my family, and for my health, and for the things that I DO have. I feel like I’m always asking for more provision, so the realization of what I already have, and have on a continual basis, is something that I notice, and that I give thanks for.

  371. Kevin Decoteau says:

These readings start my day with a ray of lightness and love.
    Thank you

  372. Marci says:

Hi kris…. I chose “Ask for Help “…. I was diagnosed with sarcoma in my abdomen last October….. Such a change for me especially since my work and personality are to give and help others…. Now I have been receiving so much love and giving from family and friends……. Taking a deep breath and accepting and treasuring……. Xoxoxo

  373. Sarah says:

I chose ask for help. I am considering getting a rescue dog for my family. I am a little scared. So asked for guidance, and now I’m ready to receive the signs from the universe. God bless, much love, maybe new puppy

  374. Jennifer says:

Nourish Yourself speaks to me. Although I understand what helps me feel strong, clearheaded, and hopeful, I don’t always reach for it.

  375. Suzanne Ward says:

I am going to nourish myself today by sleeping in a bit, and not feeling guilty about it! Love these cards!!

  376. Catherine says:

I love the tell the truth card. It resonates so strongly with me. I always tell others that honesty is the best policy but lately I haven’t been being honest to myself. What are my needs? What are my desires? When I push through I feel overwhelmed and frustrated. Today I’m going to be honest with myself and give my inner child what she needs.

  377. Geneviève Brisebois says:

I can’t wait to pick one of your beautiful card each morning ☺

  378. Karin says:

I am grateful for leaders like Kris who help show me ways to feel confident and peaceful and whose love reaches me.

  379. Alessandra says:

dear Kris, thank you for the inspiring reading. I picked up ” ASK for HELP”. I am always dealing with my feeling of not being enougH: not enough clever, not enogh skilled, not enoug supportive, not enough giving … each time I face a situation where help might be useful I feel scared people may stop “loving” me. This morning I started asking a friend to please support me with a tool I do not manage really well but think might be useful to complete a task I am working on.
Thank you so much ! Take care

  380. Deb Bush says:

Today is the first day I’ve picked one of the affirmations. I was going to pick Nourish Youself and kept looking at Tell the Truth. Because it’s the one I do NOT want to hear or deal with. It might mean I’d actually have to tell the truth! And since I wasn’t sure what it was I wasn’t wanting to tell the truth about, I clicked on it after I asked this question. What is it I’m hiding or lying about? And you answered it right there. When people ask me “how are you?” It becomes automatically “fine” or “good”. And while I’m not interested in dumping on others, I am interested in how I really am. And how I really am at this moment is content and settled…
